Adding 180 minutes. One hour in the gym lifting weights, and two hours hiking in the woods.....bushwacking really, without a trail and only our GPS compasses to guide us..and with lots of hills, climbing over logs and rocks, etc so it was a really great workout.
Haven't updated in a while...you can add another 645 minutes to my total bringing me to 1061/2000!!! I love training for this marathon, it's so easy to get my minutes in!!!!

Fri 1 1/2 hours of yard work - I'll count 45 min
Sat 120 min walk/jog on TM (preping for Dec trip!)
Sun 30 min on bike
new total 905 Woo Hoo 2/3 of the way there!
Another 4 miles/65 minutes today puts me at 740/1600 so far this month. Another hour and I reach my halfway point...
Keep on walking-biking-running-taeboing-whatevering!
