I AM going to keep this up & get back in the DIS habit! I need to get back on track with exercise and food and this will really help!

So, as usual, commit to as many or as few minutes you WILL exercise this month. ANYTHING you consider exercise counts! Please post here something like "I'm at 21/400" or just 310/1000. That way I don't have to search to add up all your numbers. I will update this periodically....hopefully frequently! I will be gone 10/6 - 10/10 for a wedding in Iowa.

Ok! Last month I almost made 2000 minutes. Well, I suppose I still could make it; there's 11 hours until midnight. ;)This month I'll aim for 1900 and hope to get more.

My goal is 300 minutes. I am still warming up after fracturing my foot over a year ago. :rolleyes1

Cool thing happened this weekend. My wife decided she wants to do C25K with me. Gonna be a blast.
 
Got back late last night from the wedding I can only describe as a cross between "What NOT to wear and My big fat redneck wedding"......WOW!!! But had a GREAT time with my sister & 2 of my brothers.

Now, back to reality and off to update!

ugh! only 825/1900. That's quite pathetic. Didn't realize I was doing soooo poorly. Being out of town is a real exercise stopper!

I know a big problem is that I need new running shoes. I simply cannot take another step in the ones I have. My knees and feet ache. Can't find the same model I currently have. Hopefully I will have tomorrow off and can try on shoes.

If I'm not working I can get that number up pretty high since I'll be doing my 3 mile walk with my girlfriend and doggie. He's too old to walk and then run right away which is what I usually do. Lately I know how he feels. :rotfl2:
 
I have really slacked off exercising since March - and only now saw this for October. I've been on vacation for almost 2 weeks this month, so I will start with a new goal if there is a November thread!
