Anyone know when the park hours calender for DL/CA opens up? We will be down October 5th to 9th and I'm ready to plan my park days and trick or treat party! ;)

They only post 6 weeks ahead of time right now, but you can go to Laughingplace.com for previous year schedules to get an idea...

But generally off season hours:

DL: M-Th 10-8, F 9-11, Sat. 8-12, Sun 9-10
DCA: M-Th 10-6, F-Sun. 10-8

But with Mickey's Trick or Treat party, DCA may close earlier on that night.

on weekdays, i remember DCA hard closes at 6. reopens for treat at 7:30.

This year will definitely be a really big mess. :|

Here are the park hours and entertainment schedule from last year. (There was a special event on the 5th last year so those hours were different). Also, Fantasmic was down for refurb last year but it should be running on weekends this year. The trick or treat parties that are held on the weekdays will be at 6:30-10:30 so DCA will close at 5:00 on those days as it did last year. The parties held on the weekends will be from 7:30-11:30 so DCA will close at 6 on those days. (The info. and list of dates for the parties in on page 4 of the thread: "October check in - Hallowen and more"). :)

Thanks everyone,

I am used to going when park hours are later, so the early close seams like a bummer ;) I will have to go to the trick or treat party for sure then to get some extra park time in ;)

I know Fantasmic was down last fall, but this fall (October) what time should it be showing on weekends?

I'm hoping they will treat Columbus Day like a "weekend day" for parades, fireworks, Fantasmic, etc. Based on last year, DL should be open until 11 that night. Is there a smiley for "fingers-crossed-and-wishing"? ;)

Going by previous October schedules, it ran on Friday, Saturday, & Sunday at 9:00 and 10:30 each night. Columbus Day....I'm not sure, but I'll keep my fingers crossed for you too.

:sad:I just checked the entertainment schedule for the year before last, and unfortunately, even though the park was open late (11 p.m.) on Columbus Day, there were no fireworks or fantasmic on that night. The entertianment schedule was a regular weekday one.
