I did 25 minutes today and don't expect anymore spurts of energy/exercise tonight or tomorrow.

How did I miss that it was the end of Oct? Sorry as it's been crazy busy month for me. Today's my kiddos bday party!
I have 150 min I had not reported yet. Only 45 was running, rest all walking.

I think I overdid Sept and hit burnout.

12 minute walk yesterday, between errands, but short on time, and it was cold, so decided to just cut it short.

780/1000 for the month, so no where near goal. A lot of my weeknight runs were cut short because of the earlier sunset.
