Thanks for the heads up! I hadn't yet done my daily check and you beat me to it, haha! Woo longer hours (finally) confirmed! Also for those wondering: SW fireworks posted at 8PM at HS (Fantasmic at 7:30).

Yes that's how I actually discovered it. On the Star Wars thread it was posted last night about the updated fireworks schedule which had 8 pm FW with a 7 pm close. When I checked the park times again to see if they had updated HS hours to match I saw the AK extended hours too!

So I just did a quick 2 night Disney trip and did animal kingdom for one day. I picked it bc it was open until 11pm and I wanted to see it at night. It is so much fun at night but I didn't plan in advance like I should have! I didn't realize the two animal walking trails closed at 7pm And the last Nemo show was at 6pm. The lion king show I think went until about 8. The safari went all the way until 11pm. I didn't get there until 1pm and I was able to do Kali twice and safari twice and see lion king and get good food and drinks so I was happy but I do wish I had looked at times guide better so I would've planned my night a little better. It was very fun doing the safari at dusk and then doing it late at night in the rain. Very different!
