I agree. 'Boys didn't score 'til the 4th quarter, and only after 35 unanswered points by the 'Skins. Lack of pass protection is probably the main reason why the Colts lost: the Chargers put a poundin' on Peyton Manning like he hasn't had in a long time. Kinda hard to complete passes when 315 lb. defensive linemen are starin' ya in the face, breathin' down your neck, and tryin' ta kill ya dead!!!
Btw, if ya do end up getting kilt dead, I know someone in Central California who can take care of things for ya!!!

Haven't been able to keep up with you all on here! You talk a LOT!

Went to see Bon Jovi last night in Washington DC and stayed overnight. It was FANTASTIC and he even through in Run Run Rudolph right at the end of the show for us (that was fun!)

Well, I'm back to reality and I'm SOOOO UPSET! The DCL Christmas cards we bought on board are GONE! I have officially lost them I had a few other cards made up Saturday, so I'll be mailing those, but I'm DISGUSTED that the DCL cards are no where to be found. I had them about a week and a half ago, and I was going to get them ready to mail, but then went on a cleaning frenzy to get the living room ready for the Christmas Tree. I think I might have accidentally thrown them away in one of the trash bags
Well, hopefully I'll get these other cards out tomorrow (or Tuesday) I WANT MY DCL CARDS!!!!!

Got a new Chritmas CD. Novelty, of course. What d'ya expect the Mormom Tabernacle Choir? The kids and I have been cracking up over the songs. "Grandma got run over by a reindeer" is done, dead, gone (oh, sorry, Benao).

But we are loving, "I want a hippopotamus for Christmas. Only a hippopotamus will do. Don't want a doll or dinky tinker toy. I want a hippopotamus to play with and enjoy ...."

Got me thinking ... anybody else have a favorite untraditional holdiay ditty to share? I'd like to make a CD for the car - for the kids, you know.

I was so tired from shopping with RJ I had to sleep all weekend. Just kidding. We coulda shopped way longer!! Danged fog.

Beano: do share the palo recipe. congrats on the day off. Hope you spent it wisely.

Tenor: Could not even wear the Cowboys sweatshirt today. So sad. By the way, owe you an apology. Opened my SS box and was truly amazed at the goodies and styrofoam worms!! The box overfloweth!! I use my Ring of Honor cup every day (yes, I wash it). I just love to watch Troy fade back for the pass to Michael Irvin. But, I digress, box arrived just prior to Her Royal Pain in the Tukus' birthday party so presents got put under yonder tree with twinkly lights and then buried by said tukus' birthday presents. And...I never opened them.
Ok-except for the Tinkerbell ornament. As discussed...no Moose. No Troy...ho hum. Bet they were both dying today. Anyhoo....I promise to crawl under my tree tomorrow and dig out my presents and open them!! Hope you still luvs me.

T&P - that is one round Christmas tree!

Geez look at the time. Been wrapping gifts. Think I just about have that licked. Then maybe another project so I can continue to ignore those christmas cards.

Tomorrow....or later today....coffee and more Christmas shopping! Gotta find one more thing for Neil. Sad thing is...there aren't many presents under that tree for me

Ronnie Jo: Thanks for the caramels!! They were yummy! We took them with tonight for the annual drive through Christmas Tree Lane. You know, where you look at the neighborhood who tries to outdo the rest of the town with lights and decorations and stuff. Yum hot chocolate and caramels. Perfect.

I can't post but wanted to give ya'll an update:

my friend who is adopting..."suddendly, after 9 months, the birth mother "remembered" who the father was (this is after denying knowing) and when he was contacted, he wants to raise the baby (he's 19)...my friend is broken..pls continue to think good thoughts for her.

I know where my DCL cards are...just trying to get them out!!!! I guess I have no chance of people getting them before Christmas. I did find some Christmas stamps today, and hope to have them ALL out tomm.

Betsy, so sorry about your friend. How heartbreaking.

Well, I made some Christmas Cards through Sam's Club (thank goodness for 1 hour photo!) and used the same picture from our DCL card. So while the cards are not the DCL cards I finally got some out in the mail today. Hopefully they will arrive before Christmas.

I feel so unloved....I'm just lumped in with "everyone"

I haven't heard from Tina since yesterday afternoon...she sounds very defeated and I sooo want to tell her that there is a reason and maybe another baby is needing her more, but she isn't ready to hear that...She is cursing god and life...

My Dr. appt yesterday got rescheduled cause she was stuck in surgery...I go next week to see what we are gonna do and when. I need to find out soon cause SueEllen made me a reservation for Feb 8th - 12th at the WL and I gots to go!!!

Went shopping last night and found "littlest pet shop" and Polly's "snow hotel" for Kate...2 things that were on her santa list...She is really pathetic right now...she see's Nick's presents under the tree and she only has two (from my mom and sister) and has been moaning...I keep trying to tell her that Santa doesn't come see Nick, so those are from us...when Xmas morning comes, she will have a bunch....7 year olds just don't get it!!

I'm SO MAD right now!!!!!!
I just found out that my local ABC will not be airing the WDW Christmas Parade. After getting Trevor so excited about watching the parade Christmas morning (and possibly seeing himself on TV) we are not going to be able to see it at all.
I called our station to see why they were not airing it and apparently their local "this week" and a local church service are top priority. Then they have basketball on TV from 12:30 until after 6:00 p.m.
I am beyond disappointed about this.
The station manager (programming manager) told me that about 40% of the country would not be able to view it because of programming conflicts. I told him I would MUCH rather see the Christmas parade rather than "This Week" Not even on another channel for me to see it. I'm beyond upset and was hoping to see if we made the editing cut (especially in the cut in promo we did with John O'Hurley!)
Now I get to try to explain to Trevor that although I told him we were going to watch TV Christmas morning to see if we were on TV at WDW now I have to distract him (which shouldn't be toooo hard on Christmas morning) but he has one heck of a memory. I know he's going to ask about it.
