Hello all

Thank you for your warm water wishes. Still no workie. DH on United Airlines as we speak. He can fix it! I hope.

And no, no brushes. Darndest thing. Been looking in the usual places...closets....under beds....under couches...under christmas tree...still no brushes. Kitten is taunting me.

So question of the day: If you were a kitten where would you drag off and hide several hair brushes and a wide toothed comb.

I gotsta go to LLBean and order DFIL present and then pick up DD and then go buy new brush and comb.$$

Beano, don't worry. If you come down here, whether you do work on the house or not, there'll be no shortage of Coors Lite. I'll have them park one of them dang distribution trucks out front until you leave, if I have to!! After all, we don't want a repeat of what happened on CC where we drank all of the Coors Lite on the island, do we?? As distressing as that was at the time ("whaddya mean there's no more??!!??"), I must admit in hindsight that it will make for a very cool story for the grandkids. Picture that:

"Did grandpa every tell you about the time when he and his sailor-buddy, while cruising the treacherous waters of the Carribean, drank all of the beer on an ENTIRE ISLAND??" Remember: older folks always have to embellish the stories when telling them years later to young, impressionable people!!

Ok, I am starting to get a Tag Fairy complex. Both Beano and I have been posting for some time now and neither of us have tags! I keep seeing all these new threads on the Community Board about peeps gettin' tags........"I'm a good girl I am" "Please Sir, may I have a tag"perhaps the begging will work. Or maybe a more direct approach..."I want a tag....I don't care how, I want it now"

I actually saw Andrea McArdle when she performed in "Annie" the play. I begged my grandma to buy me the record.........yes, record ( )so I could learn all the songs.



Well, at least you all now know that I am a "real" redhead!!

My baby is really growing up. I left her to decorate the tree all by herself and she did a really good job. There were a few things bunched together but all in all I'd give her a thumbs up ! And you can even see most of it behind Edd's boxes of work stuff that better be out of here by tonight.

It's ok Ronnie my BF and I were total broadway geeks. We would listen to sound tracks from Peter Pan , Annie, West Side Story. She got to see Andrea at the Panteges I alas could only sing along to the sound track in her livivng room and dream.
