And please don't stop trying!! People cancel stuff every day. I have seen some folks on this board who tried and got CRT like the week before they left because they just kept trying. It is a very very difficult ressie to get, but don't lose hope!!

The CM I spoke with today (one of many), told me candidly that they knew it was going to be busy, but "no one expected all the systems to crash like they did".

They should have asked us then, I think everyone here had already predicted that the system would go down fairly soon after the dates were released (although even I thought it might make it longer than 1 minute!).

I did the rest of my bookings online this morning, all went fine at 9am UK (i.e. 5am EST). How do you get to the checkout/basket view other than when you've just added a new item to the basket by the way?

I've just realised I made a minor boo-boo with Le Cellier yesterday though, I booked for 6.20pm on a Friday. Darn, I forgot the whole "closes at 8pm to allow for EMH" bit which, will bring Illuminations forward and hour. Nothing better was available this morning so I guess we'll just have to eat quickly. LOL.

YAHOO!!!! I got through finally about 9:00 pm last night and got everything we wanted!!!! Didn't sleep at all!!!! Too excited!!!!!

After last nights frustrations success on line at 0900 GMT though not the time/restaurant I had wanted on each of the two days in early Feb I was booking for (we are only there for 2 days so have v limited flexibility; needed 1800-1830 epcot night one - got Tutto Italia at 1815 and 1700 in MK night 2 got Liberty at 1620) However, two bookings are in the bag and thats the main thing!

Still not the most impressive "service improvement launch" I have seen though

Just finished checking out...I got the one reservation that I wanted!!! We got Cinderella's Royal Table on April 7th at 8:10 am! The first time I tried, our reservation time would have been at 8:05 am, but after I put in my payment information, the system kicked me out. I tried again and I got a message saying that the site was experiencing high volume, hit it again and it brought up a time and this time I was able to get the whole way through the reservation process. I am so excited about this!

Question - I had to prepay this meal, because we are not on the Table Service Dining plan. When we go to the meal, do we have to bring any type of receipt to show that we already paid?

Also, do the dining reservations that we have made over the phone, will those show up on the dining reservation portion of My Disney on the disney website?

Well after getting through to a CM at about 2.30pm Orlando time I have just updated all my reservations at 6am Orlando times, as I had been told the times I wanted were not available, or in one case could not even get a reservation on the day I wanted, so check back as there must have been cracks in the system.

I have noticed that nearly all my bookings say that 2dining credits will be required (Sci Fi, 1900 Park Fare) I will start another thread to see if anyone else has noticed the same things.

I do have a question - I booked 50's Prime Time for 6.20pm, not realising the park closes at 6pm. Is there any problems with doing this?

Try again! The system was really screwed up yesterday...not letting you make any reservations for CRT after 2/4/10 for anything except really late dinners...that is what one CM that I talked to read off of a card or something. I just went through the online reservations and was able to get a reservation for 4/7/10, so your dates should be up now too. Good Luck!!!

I just booked CRT. I am ecstatic! I am now finished making ADRs. I hope that the pixie dust falls on everyone this morning. It feels so good....especially after everything we went through yesterday.

I was able to get through to a CM last night around 8:15. She told me that they were really hoping to have CRT loaded today. I just checked CRT for our dates and it was available. Hopefully your date is too. Good luck!

What a difference a day makes!!

Got all my February ADRs online this morning. Even had CRT pop up as an alternative to LTT!! I stuck with LTT!

Yeah!!! I just booked CRT!!!
I could get any day/time I wanted in April.
Now I am second guessing the time I picked, two girls under 3 so I picked 9:30am {staying offsite}
Should I change it to earlier??

After the hellish day yesterday on the phone (through which I booked the majority of our ressies for March 13-20), I was able to book CRT for lunch on March 14 online this AM. When I called dining yesterday, the representative said CRT had not loaded for the date I wanted.

This is the third time we've traveled to WDW, and I have to say it has been the most stressful trip to plan. First, airfare has been sky high and we had to scramble to get tickets on SW when the booking window first opened to get a reasonable price on air. Then, "Triple D Day" (aka Disney Dining Disaster Day) hit. Wow, I am glad I am done planning . . . and I'd never thought I would say that.

Now everything is all set. All I have to do is worry that I made the wrong choices.
