Cell phone through sprint when through 3rd try. ATT land line would not go through for over 30 min. and would get a totally differnt call back prompt when busy vs. the Sprint call back prompt. ATT may have more calls trying to be connected to Disney.

So try your cell it might work better.

after realizing that I've called the dining line over 100 times and the regular line over 100 times (need to change my dining plan) I realize that we are all a bit crazy LOL

Been trying since 7am UK time online and later on the phone. Gave up and went for some lunch.

When I came back tried again and got through on the DVC number to MS only to be told the system was down....that explains why I got through so easily. Called again 15 mins later and got through again and booked the 2 ADR's I wanted, one was on DD's birthday at MK so I really needed to get that one....

I wonder when AT&T is going to call me to check that my phone is working and not on some weird auto redial.

Man, I can't even get past a busy signal. This just stinks!

Dialling from the UK is a nightmare as you can't just hit redial if you want to use a low cost number. I was so sick of no answer or all circuits busy I gave up for a while.

Thanks to the pp who reminded me that I could get through the TA phone number for dining ressies!! I always do them online, so I TOTALLY forgot I could go that route, no more busy signals!!

I got a WONDERFUL CM who helped me. I was able to get the following for our party of 10.
Sun 3/14, Whispering Canyon 5:25pm
Mon 3/15, Chef Mickey's 5:45pm (DS#2's b-day)
Tues 3/16, FANTASMIC! dining package, Hollywood & Vine, 4:05pm
Wed 3/17, 'Ohana 5:30pm
Thurs 3/18, 1900 Park Fare 8:00am

for my other client traveling the same week, party of 4:
Sun 3/14, Chef Mickey's 5:00pm
Mon 3/15, 'Ohana 7:40am
Tues 3/16, FANTASMIC! dining package, Hollywood & Vine, 3:30pm
Wed 3/17, Akershus Storybook Princess, 5:05pm

Yes trex was available in march I was surprised the day I choose only had two res times! I wasn't going to make one their ( I figured I would do it when I got their) but with all the wait I went to town on the phone. This is inregard to a question on page 78

We ended up calling T-Rex directly and made our reservation that way. So all we really need now is Chef Mickey's for March 19th but I think I am also going to try for CRT IF I ever get through.

FYI for other DVC members... I am pretty darn sure that trying to book through MS is a dead end today. I doubt that they are even trying to get in to the system for the rest of the day.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

That was my 4th 20+ min hold call where I was disconnected! The CM said her system was down, she tried to "transfer" me and I got the freaking survey spiel!

I too finally got through around 9:30. I waited about 10 minutes once I got through. The good news for those still waiting is that there still seems to be availability, probably because we are all booking over such a wide time frame. I got everything I wanted, including Le Cellier, Ohanas, and some character meals (for mid-March). Make sure you ask your CM to check you out after booking every few meals because we got kicked out of the system a few times, and if you didn't have your confirmation numbers, even if they were in the "shopping cart," you will have to start over. What a hassle!

ARRRGH! SO frustrated!!

Got up at 5:45 for online reservations (I'm sure you can all guess how that went)

Been calling and calling since 7 am, getting mostly "all circuits are busy" messages.

Got thru to a live person twice in 4 hrs to be told that the system is still down. The last time was literally 2 minutes ago! I don't understand how some people are getting ADRs if the whole system is supposedly down.

What gives! I have other things to do today! I'm making myself crazy trying to plan ADRs for 2 trips in this mess!
