We haven't decided on any excursions yet...guess I better start doing my research & decide what looks fun. I have been to all the islands once, but not on a cruise ship & my DH hasn't been at all. I know I want to go to St John as I think we would enjoy that better.

Paula......we'll see you in Serenity Bay & hopefully it will be beautiful weather so we can all enjoy alot of Konch Koolers. We only had one in Dec cause it was overcast & cold....not good weather for enjoying a frozen beverage really, but we had to try one anyway. :thumbsup2:

I have a Bingo Buddy :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay: I know we are going to win. I played Bingo on RCCL almost everyday and all I won was this lousy tee shirt :rotfl2:

Let me tell you all that I know I am getting older when I am posting these aweful pics of myself especially without make-up on , what am I thinking?, 10 years ago NO WAY !!!! After seeing the RCCL pictures I grew my hair back out  Anyone else like to share their bed head pictures or your spouses? :rotfl:

My Daughters will be 6 and would absolutety LOVE to have an older friend . Holly is Miss social lite, McKenna is more shy.

Oh Chris this is what Barry and the girls had to resort to on the RCCL cruise. Told you no entertainment but our own

The Rhino Riders are inflatable jet skis, well thats how I would describe them. I couldn't believe how fast they went for being a blow up toy

Padisney. Barry did alot of work down in Binghamton and Vestal when they got all that flooding . Our friends live in Unidilla. We are just outside of Syracuse . GO ORANGE :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

Paula , if my Dad and Barry decide to do the Eco tour in St Johns the girls and i may join you on the pirate ship, that sounds like fun. I will have to see what my Mom is planning thou. I am not so sure about the turtle part. We did the Stingray swim in Grand Caymen and I was on Barry's back for the whole time except for the 2 seconds I tried to put my down.

The turtles aren't guarnteed. They are still wild but this is where they like to hang out. Come join us! You can check them out at their website http://www.doubloon.com . It looks like fun to me! I was in when the said pirate, rum and sea turtles! What more could a girl ask for?pirate:

Then I may get you to save a spot for me! I've been reading where Serentity Bay is deserted. I'm thinking WTH? That's where I'm going! If we don't do the Eco thing, I'm going to do the family beach for a little bit and send Ethan to Scuttle's Cove for the rest of the day. He has more fun with his friends anyway! I used to feel guilty by putting him in the kids clubs but he still talks about them! I figure he's making his own friends and memories as well. I'm thankful he's as independant as he is and not a clingy child!pirate:

My Dad graduated from SU. I remember competing at the Carrier Dome with my marching band, back in the day... and competing in Rifle against Central Square. Flooding-which time? They got hammered twice: the once-a-1000 year one in June (I think), and again in November. Mom and Dad brought down a book the Press and Sun Bulletin put together about the June flood. It looked terrible. The hospital where I was born had to be evacuated.

On St Thomas we are doing the Doubloon Sail and Snorkel. This is where you ride on a "pirate" ship to snorkel with the sea turtles. That has always been a dream of mine! Then on the way back they break out the RUUUUUM for the big kids and let the little kids sip on Cokes and "sail" the ship. Oh yeah, they also tattoo you! If we have enough time we are going to go to Blackbeard's Castle. Ethan is obesessed with pirates *and his mom is obsessed with a CERTAIN pirate* and I thought he'd like this.

St Maarten is kinda up in the air. I really want to go to the beach at the end of the runway and check that out. Last time we were there Ethan was smaller so we just stayed at the beach by the boat. It was great for him, calm and shallow waters. This time we are heading out! I think he'd get a kick out of the planes almost landing on his head!

Castaway Cay is going to be an "us" morning and an "alone" afternoon. I'm thinking of signing up for the Eco Tour. I've read about this on a trip report where you get on jet skiis and tour around the island. Then they take you about a mile out and you get off your jet skiis onto a sandbar! So you are in the middle of the ocean on a sandbar! I thought that'd be cool! Then it's off to Scuttle's Cove for Ethan and Serenity Bay for mommy and hopefully my DIS friends will have a hammock and a Konch Kooler waiting on me!pirate:

Especially the "pirate" ship on St. Thomas!

Except for two things.... well, sorta... I am also undecided about St. Maarten. Definately want a beach... not sure which one.

The other difference Castaway Cay.... the morning is the same.. time with Noah... but the afternoon is minus the jet skis... This would be them trying to pull me back to the shore...

I just want Serenity Bay... the sun... and lots of Konch Koolers....

BINGO!!!

I am really excited about that!! Woo Hoo, something fun for me to do while DD gets some Daddy time!!!

This is me training for BINGO!!!

Just kidding... if it's raining, I'd like to try it... but if the sun is out... I'll be here -- > (I bring my own palm tree on board!)

Well . It sounds like Castaway Cay should be a gathering for everyone at least for a few hours. Konch Koolers sound very good. I will admit I have not tried one, but anything with kooler at the end sounds o.k to me sorta a farewell gathering :grouphug: , bite my tongue

Oh, I keep forgetting you can all call me Maria easier then ohsodisney , I have met to tell you that for awhile now.

Kimmi your too funny . I haven't seen that smiley yet :rotfl2:

That banana slicer is one bad dude!:lmao:

I'm with Kim, if the sun is out, I'm going to be out in it! Hopefully the adult pool! My ex-inlaws have a pool so Ethan isn't much interested in swimming in an overcrowded pool when he could be making flubber or be a pirate!

I'm getting more excited by the day and I think my head might explode!pirate:

Good Morning everyone :sunny:

Looks like it was a quiet night here.

Chris. No words of wisdom?
No jokes?
Just Bump ?:rolleyes1

On the pin trading, yes, there is pin trading in the shops and a officers pin trading night, but this depend on the health status of the ship. If all is healthy pin trading will happen. If there has been illness on the ship, our cruise or the one before ours, there may not be pin trading.

Pj

You sound like just the lady to blame for my kids shouts of "pin dad" thiers a pin i "NEED"...oh when did we start collecting those pins prey tell?....

ps....am thinking of starting a new golf club range with a "mickey" stickers on the side or asking BMW to give the seats in the new 5 series "mickey" ears because whenever the kids ask for ANYTHING related to the almighty MOUSE Hazel just says "dont be so mean just buy the kids what they want", you know with that lady's look in her eye....:lmao:

pps....I vote for (PJ) Kim to be are head mistress, what thou you say?...:)

Just got back into town today (went to visit my parents over the weekend). It is actually kind of cool today 37 degrees last I checked. :goodvibes If it could only stay like this a bit longer.:sad2: Oh well, hope everyone has been okay. Got just over two more weeks for my next trip to the Muddaland, and I am now getting excited. :woohoo: Catch ya all later.

Found our thread way at the bottom :confused3

Has anyone else found out what time their dinner is ? I called to ask a quick question and they told me we have the 6:30 seating , I didn't think to ask if they knew our rotation , maybe they don't do that till closer to departure. This is perfect for us since last time we had 8:30 and missed 6 of the 7 dinners. Holly and Mckenna just could last till then .
This is our babies on cruises :cloud9:

Thinking I could save ya a chair....it was not crowded at all when we were there, but the weather was bad as you all know. I have seen lots of pics on nice days though that look like it isn't too crowded. I just want a floatie & a drink..that is my dream. :cloud9:

Disneygrl, I know way too soon for that thought sorry about that, but it would be a great place for a group meet :grouphug:

This is one of the best DCL video trip reports I have seen in awhile . Maybe some of you have already seen it, but thought I would share the link anyways :)
