Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes for Alex - showed him all of them tonight and he was tickled! He said "But Mom, they don't even know me!".

Don't know the official count, but we're down to almost 8 months . Hard to believe we booked this over a year ago!

Just wanted to say that it was great chatting to you last night Amy (mummy2777), Karen (CruiseBoundnKY) and Donna (can't remember username), even though I ws up until after midnight and am so tired this morning (I think I will need to find some more stamina before the cruise!)

Mummy2777: Love your photos - like I said before they really look professional - the one of the water dragon is awesome! He looks very cute - but I won't show it to my DH who has a phobia of anything reptile.

I bought some pirate costume patterns from Ebay yesterday - hopefully I will be able to figure it out. I will have to start making them as soon as they arrive as no doubt it will take me 8 months!

Just checking in. Sorry I missed chat, DD's basketball practice ran over last night. They have a big game on Saturday.

Got the news that my sis gets to come home this weekend finally. She's been gone since October ( she is a disaster coordinator with FEMA ) So we are having Christmas this weekend with the whole family.

Aw, geez! With everythig going on, Tori's dance class and getting dinner made (about 7:15!!!) and DH gone to a meeting in Old Town Alexandria, I totally forgot about chat last night! Oh, darn.

I have relatives in Melbourne! Haven't watched AI this season yet, too much to do so far that I never get the chance. May have to start soon....

Hello everyone, my daughter Hayleigh is raising money for the CURE FOR CANCER with the Relay For Life at her school. If she raises the most $$$ she becomes the Pirate Princess of her school. Kinda fitting huh? Thats there school mascot. She is up to $84 but needs ALOT more, another girl has over $200, so I thought i'd go out on a limb and ask, no big deal if you don't want to or are offended that I even asked. If you DO want to donate you can do so with paypal, my email with paypal is toddamy@bellsouth.net. Thanx in advance and hopefully with everyones help she can do this.

Oh Noooo!!! I can't believe I missed the web-chat last night. I forgot all about it!! I was sat up late, until 1.15am (8.15 pm Florida time), waiting for DD to come home and discovering that late-night TV is absolutely diabolicle & all that time I could have been talking 'Disney' with you guys. Will try again tomorrow night.....if I can stay awake that late!!!

yeah it was orange here also but then again im only a couple hours north of you. i tivo idol so i dont have to watch commercials. LOVE tivo!

We usually Dvr it and FF through the commercials but we can only tape 2 programs at a time and we were already taping our max!

Gosh we are such a tv family!

Oh well i guess it could be worse!!!!!

We watch American idol from the first stupid auditions MY KIDS LOVE the show and it is a Way for us to have soem coversation about something other than gameing or cheerleading.

They even come out of their rooms to watch it as a family!!

I missed chat last night too .......... I had gotten up at 2:30am and i really didnt even have the energy to turn the computer on last night.

Thank you SOOOOOOOO much, Hayleigh was astounded when I told told her. She said to tell you thank you very much. She is putting a can at her grandmother work to also try to collect donations. Every little bit helps. I also forgot to say that it all has to be turned in by the 29th. Sarah that was so nice of you and thanx again.

Okay Dizzi - that's really rubbing it in! You're gone to the beach - DS2 is out sliiding on the snowbanks out front, and DH just went to the gas station to get more gas for the snowblower . There's really something wrong with this picture!
