Amy, I think you'll like the massage better, though, don't you think? And my DH agrees about the sauna thing. He won't even do hot tubs! Me, the hotter the better! Bring it on!!!

yeah he said he doesnt want to sit in a room and just sweat! but he will do the hot tubs though! good thing and yer right, the hotter the better! i like to get outta my tub and look like Mr. Krabs! lol As far as the microsoft word thingy...it IS a secret! hehehehehe!

Well, it's time I stopped lurking (although to be fair, I have posted once or twice in response to questions over the last 6 months). We booked this cruise last September, and there were 11 of us coming. We are now down to 5. I actually have been waiting until we finalized our plans before posting on the board. DH's cousin had a baby yesterday, so that whole portion of the family cancelled their trip a few weeks ago. They held on to the reservations a long time, hoping the baby would come early enough, but they obviously didn't do enough to convince the baby (who was forced out two weeks after the due date!). Oh, well. I guess as far as reasons to cancel go, that's the best reason one can have.

It'll be me (Staci), DH Rory, DD Anna, DMIL Jay, and DFIL Rory. We live in Titusville, FL, and this is our second Disney cruise. Anna (4) and I love all things Disney, and DH puts up with us (he agrees with us that Disney cruises are great, though!). The in-laws will be coming down from MD, and this is their first Disney cruise. We're all very excited.

I've kept up on the posts periodically, and y'all seem like a fantastic group of folks. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone!

Stacy, welcome again! And thanks for coming out of Lurkdom!!! I think Disney is just the best too and DH puts up with us (although I think he's converting to the dark...I mean Disney side!!! ).

Congratulations to the new baby but two weeks overdue! OUCH! Sorry to hear that they had to cancel.


Carol, I just caught Kim there because of her post. Just an off the cuff chat...there's seems to be more and more of them lately....I wonder why....hmmm....

Anyway, next SCHEDULED chat is tomorrow night. Thursday, Saturday and now Monday seems to be it and check the boards for Addicts that can't stay away! Always a fun time to be had...never know what the topic could be and we've had some DOOZYS lately!!!

Tori's so excited because she lost her second tooth yesterday! The hygenist was able to pull it (Thank God! Tori kept telling me that I was pulling on the wrong tooth!) and the tooth fairy visited her last night. She was really cute though at the dentist. The light was a little bright for her so they gave her Special Pink glasses for her to wear! How funny is that! The dentist loves that he is now seeing MY kids and we now have three generations seeing him! I've been going to him for 25 years now and he's just amazing!

Then today I'd just had it with Ameera and not wanting to sleep in her bed. So we went and bought her this really cool expandable bed (it will expand in three phases to a full size twin bed) from Ikea and she loves it! Tori's already asking if she can sleep with HER tonight instead of the other way around!!

So keep your fingers crossed and throw some pixie dust our way that this will be a good night that she will sleep the whole night through again! It's definitely more comfortable than that hard crib mattress! We ALL need a good night's sleep! I've got to be ready for a late chat night tomorrow!!!!

I called CM and asked about the early time and was told that if the excursion is on the site then arrangements have been made, she implied that we may tender in early. The CM was clear as mud so I may call again for another explaination. Hope this helps.

Your description "Clear as mud" is exactly the impression I got when I called about our "Rum Point Beach Adventure & Stingray City Snorkel", it is listed to start at 9:30 and end at 3:50. The rep I talked to said that it was right. We will have to wait and see I guess. I will probably call closer to departure, just to see what they say.

i have been having a BLAST making names and such with photos inside the font...like the attached photo. SOOOOO if any of you want me to make you some, just pm me with what names, words, whatever you want ALONG with the picture you'd like to have put inside the font. The clearer the pic the better it looks.

Oh PLEASE! I have tried and tried and cannot get this right. I kinda wonder if I have some laptop corruption issues.

It has been a crazy week here. Haven't had a day off in over a week. Today is day #10.

I have had a chance to read up on the posts tho. The cruise is getting so close and everyone is so excited.

Happy to see all the new people to the thread and people come out of lurkdom. Personally I believe we are a fun group but I may have been brainwashed on chat!

I talked with my TA today and she said that it sounds strange that a 2.5 hour excursion would be listed for 9:15 to 11:55 if we are not even supposed to be docked until 11:00, and that I should probably rescedule for the later one from 12:30 -3:10. She is waiitng for a call back for the excursion desk though. I will let you know If I hear anything.

Jenn: congrats on the new baby in the family, she is a big girl and I am sure she is beautiful.

Suzie: I hope Ameera sleeps (like a baby) in her new bed tonight!

Dana: Congrats on your son making starter for both offense and defense..he is going to be one tired boy after practice and games.

It isn't that we don't want to wear them -- but when it comes to this kind of stuff, I'm SO not who you want to call (organize an event, plan a trip, edit a paper -- I'm your girl). It is so bad that my FE stuff is still sitting in the bag.

Shoshie, we're not wearing logo shirts either (we bought matching Minnie and Mickey shirts at Disneystore) so at least we'll talk to each other!!!

Girls slept okay last night but it was me with insomnia!! Didn't get to sleep until almost 6 this morning and here I am getting the girls breakfast.....while they're watching morning toons may have to go squeeze in a quick nap....mamma doesn't survive on chat night with only 2 hours sleep!!!

wow! you all have been very busy chatting it up over the past few days! I hope to make it into chat tonight but we will see. I really miss talkin with all of you.

We are not doing the shirts either since my MIL made all of us some already. But I hope to still meet everyone if I can find all of you. It sure does help to have pics on here. But Amy is still the only one I seem to remember face & name. I dont know how I'm gonna remember everyones names. Oh well, i'm sure it will be fun anyway. I'm pretty easy to notice since I'm only 4'10 and my girls are just about as tall as me.
