October 20th 2007 Western Magic Part 9

Evening all...I have been here....lurking and reading your posts.

I've been busy trying to get my trip report written and not getting very far with it. Hopefully will have the photos to share with you next week.

Don't think Rick and I will be joining you in 2009. We have plans to do a northern european cruise which takes in Russia. Perhaps Jeff can work on him next year on the repo and we book on-board. We'll see.

I'd do Eastern, western or double dip - dont really mind. Not interested in Alaska though - WAAAAAAAAAAAY TOOOOOO COOOOOOOOOOLD

I think we'd probably stick to early - it was a bit early and a bit of a rush, but late would be too late for Ellis. I'd have to think about it some more.

I don't think we'd do Alaska either...no beaches!

Maybe we could have an early KK seating and a late KK seating!

That's what we woud request, LAP Late seating!! ::yes::

Just curious, why LAP? We had 5:30 APL, which I liked 'cuz we were in Lumiere's for formal night and Parrot Cay for Pirate night. Although 5:30 was a bit early, especiall since it meant 6:30 breakfast on debark day!

It is! it is!

I have a dancing pickle!

Thank you Brenda:banana:

Just as a sideline........does anyone notice the similarity between the pickle and Planky?:confused3 - does Brenda only like wierd little green things?:confused3 :lmao:

I love it:lmao: - we're already talking dining rotations and the cruise isnt available yet:lmao: - I think Jen has caught Jeff's planning bug

Yep, I'll admit! I'm most definitely a planner :)

But back to the topic at hand...who's on early rotation with me? :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Just got a phone call...Pete's coming home tonight instead of tomorrow! Yeay!

It is! it is!

My secret is out! :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

It also explains why I like that little laughing icon so much. ;)

Having two groupings of us for early and late is a great idea. I'd like to see everyone's ressies linked for the dining. I would have loved to have some of you as tablemates. We felt a bit alone at dinner.

Although, I am thinking about late dining, I'm not too sure about it. I will probably be eating early again.

I'm pretty sure we will be on early - we had 5.45 last time

Walt, Di, Mike and Robin want to be tablemates with Jeff and Karen since they got all the attention and hugs from the same servers. Also, we ordered first but they seemed to get the hot food first every night....:lmao:

Walt :cool1:

I like early dining because we weren't rushed to get to Rocking Bar D...:happytv:

Also, able to save chairs and hear the band twice...:confused3

Walt:cool1:

Just checking in.

It is just Mac and I tonight. So I need to round her up. She has been playing outside since she got home. I want to give her an early bath and then we are off to make a certain cheescake that someone reccomended.

I have uploaded some photos of KKers from our trip.

A couple of my faves...

Yeah, glad all that attention didn't go to Kira's head :lmao:

MAMMA JAMMA!!!:lmao:
Oh and this one might be my fave...Robin TAUGHT my daughter to blow kisses in about 2 minutes!!! :goodvibes
Here she is with Mike blowing kisses!!

The kid's a genious. :thumbsup2 :goodvibes

So, for everyone cruising KK2, will you be requesting early or late dining??? Gotta figure out the table count :lmao: :rotfl2:

We will definitely be booking late this time. This was our first time doing early seating and I hated it. I missed every sunset, didn't really enjoy eating a big meal THEN sitting in the WDT for an hour to watch the show and I feel like we were always in a rush to get to dinner by 5:45. :scared:

So, who's with us on the late rotation???

I prefer early... because by the time we get to Rockin bar D, there aren't too many seats. But we'll go with the flow. :thumbsup2

We're easy.

Maybe we could have an early KK seating and a late KK seating!

That's not a bad idea.

Because Lumieres is my favourite restaurant :thumbsup2
I don't care which restaurant were in for which night, doesn't matter to us ;)

Ok, sounds like a plan! Save two seats for us ok! :woohoo:

I agree! They need to change their incentives to reward repeat cruisers whether you rebook on board or not! I wonder if this is something they are hopefully going to be changing to soon because recently when I logged onto the DCL site I was asked to do a survey and quite a few questions had to do with repeat cruiser incentives

Of course I am kicking myself now. But Disney really needs to change their policy! I mean what is the big deal if I book ON the ship or one week after I get off??? Or 6 months?? The point is that I am a return customer and giving me a special offer to rebook (onboard or not) is incentive to come back!

Yep I sure was holding on tight, talk about white knuckles :lmao: I wasn't going to fall off and end up bobbing in those waves :lmao: It was fun though and I think Rach could talk me into doing it again.

That's one of the reasons I haven't done the banana boat thing. Plus with my Lupus, I don't think I could hold on. "Sorry folks, we have to stop YET AGAIN for Cass...anyone wanna leave her behind this time??? " :rotfl2:

We'd be on early dining. It is a rush to all be ready for dinner on time, especially on the island days but we just don't like to eat such a big meal late so we are early dining people. We had LAP at 6:00 this time and it was nice having the latest of the early dining times.
