Wow that's confidence. I'm trying hard not to stress about our air. But then again, if think that no matter what we will be OK. Since we are flying down day before, we can afford an airline snafu and still be OK. And on the return trip, I am thinking, I'm not really needing to get anywhere in a hurry. I have a few days off after the cruise and If DCL strands me in Orlando, I'll make them pay. hehe. Probably Join Karen in WDW. True to form though, I did not hear from my TA today.

My dad seems to be stressing more over the fact that on the last leg of the trip home we are taking an airbus. He really does not like that idea.

I will be going through all my pants next week and deciding what will be going with me on the cruise...

Did you ever check out those "space bags"?

I did Jen, but they were on sale in usa for $9.99...in the UK they were $40 . I decided to just take out a few t shirts etc instead. I intend buying some over there so I should be fine. I am amazed at how much room the tag bags take up - a big holdall. The porter (I mean Neil) is not going to be happy when he sees all the luggage.

Robin, when you go to internet options, go to security. What is it set to?? It should be medium or medium-high. Rob said that if it's higher than that your smilies may not work.

If that don't work, he said you can either call him or if you have MSN Messenger then message him and he will try his best to figure it out for you!

No upgrade for us. I am ok with that We booked the rooms that we wanted or should I say that my mother wanted. I could pretty much be anywhere on the ship and not care. This is my first time with a veranda so I am excited about that.

Now, I may have a bit of a walk for my Diet Coke, but the view will be worth it!

Rob and I used to drink tons of that diet coke stuff. We both quit in 2003 and I am so glad we did!!

Hi everyone. I've been trying to keep up on all of your posts, but I know I have missed some (alot) of them. My husband, daughter and myself will be on the October 20th Magic Western Cruise along with all of you. I was reading about all of the upgrades and when I checked the Disney site I was surprised to find that we have been upgraded too--from Cat 9, Room 2080 to Cat 6, Room 6128!! My only concern is that I picked my prior room to be mid-ship and the new one is aft--I'm a little concerned about movement because I sometimes get motion sickness. This is our first cruise---has anyone been in Room 6128 or near there? We are very excited!!!

By the way - could you all please spare a thought for my Dad today - he's having an operation this afternoon - cateracts on his eyes. He should be out the same day if all goes well.

I don't want to scare anyone but yes that is what he says. To me a plane is a plane, but he did say they are older planes that don't have a very good track record. He says that the are the number 1 for accidents. Oh well at least we will be on our way home so the vacation will already be over.

Does anyone have any experience with getting contracts off the internet and if so do you have a site that you prefer?


Ok so I need help. I have been looking at contracts this morning. I am an independent contractor. All the ones that I find are if the business hires me they supply a contract. What about if I want to supply a contract in case they do not supply one. I want to protect my interest and make sure I will get paid.

Ouch...that's a lot of money!

I haven't started packing yet....hopefully I can keep it to a decent amount!

I got a little rolling suitcase (kid size) with Lightning McQueen from Cars on the front for a carry-on for DS! He loves it!

Live365 is an internet radio site. I think it's www.live365.com

Mouseworld radio is one of the stations. You can do a search, type in disney and you will find several stations to listen to!

That's what I call her! My little dolly She's pretty happy, she has her days like you said but mostly she's pretty content



She took TWO steps yesterday and her daddy AND Auntie Deb got to see it!!! They were both very happy!!
