Steve - I thought his name was Robbie the Robot!

Common Misconception. Robby the Robot was designed by the same guy. Robert Kino****a. Robby was made for the movie "Forbidden Planet" and then went on the do numerous parts in both the movies and TV. Robbie was a black robot with legs made up of round balls. The Robot from Lost in Space was silver and had treads.

Since it didn't seem like DCL had a problem with my head count (and I did embellish it a bit anyway) I've added you to my list as "drivers". Also, since I closed the table on Yahoo for the WT, I'll add you and Laura myself.

My wife, Lori, one of the infamous vd girls has been encouraging me lately to get my rear in gear and get online to chat on the DIS boards. So, this morning she brought it up again and I mean literally brought up the web site so that I could send out a shout to all you folks. I am looking forward to our fifth Disney Cruise in October and I am also looking forward to meeting all of you Konked Kruisers. Lori has told me alot about you all and I am sure we are all going to have an Awesome and Magical time.

Carrie could you get to the airport early enough that Scott could drop you, the kids and your parents and all your luggage off at the terminal and then go park your van and it would just be him needing to take the shuttle without any luggage in tow. You guys would have to wait for him but it might be easier if you are trying to save the money and have more control over what time you get to the airport.

I have a question for all of you.

I just compaired prices between the shuttle and parking at the airport. Tell me what you all think.

Now we would be leaving from my parents house which is about 10 miles if that from the airport

If we take the shuttle it is $122 round trip. Pro for this is the driver loads our luggage, as long as we have it in the driveway ready to go. Then when we get to the airport he unloads it to the curb, then we cross the street with it and find a porter.

If we park at the airport I can do uncovered parking for $72.00 for the whole time we are gone. Or covered for $90.00. The only problem with this is we have to load our own luggage in the car, unload it, then load it on the bus that takes us to the terminal and then take it off the bus, and find a porter. Hmm. Alot more moving luggage with my parents who should not lift theirs and Scott and I don't have enough arms for everyones luggage the I think the price is better, and it would be less hassle then booking the shuttle and we could get there when we want to, not when they want us to. My mom and I like to get to the airport 2 hours early. They shuttle says 45 minutes. Most of the time that is not long enough to get through security. My father has missed several flights because of the shuttle.

Nancy could you bring the name and phone number of your TA with you tomorrow to the meet? I have not had luck with the TA's at the Waukesha AAA office, which is why I have been booking things on my own, but it would be nice to have the name of a good TA for the future.
