I was wondering the same thing. I also need to get my bike ride in so I can sneak some pizza with you. I wish I could DIS while riding my bike, yikes that would be an accident in the works

Anti inflamatories might help. Back surgery is scary. Did yours help?

I had back surgery 3 1/2 years ago. Herniated a disc at L4-L5. They removed 80% of the disc. They also took out 30% at L3-L4. I had pinched nerve that ran all the way down the leg to my foot. She had pain down to her leg.

Her problem though, I think is a pulled muscle in her lower back. She has a lot of pain if you just touch it back there. I've had that too where a muscle tightens up and effects the nerve. When it is a pinched nerve at the spine, it won't hurt in that spot. At least not by touch.

weirdest thing. robin just called me over to see our neighbor lady
(not cinnamon). she has an electric razor and is shaving her legs on the front porch. who does that? use your back patio!!
i told robin if she goes for the bikini trim, give me a call.

robin had back surgery june of 2006.

she had a disk fragment at L4-L5. the fragment was adhered to the sciatic nerve. she was in a lot more pain before the surgery than she was immediately following the surgery. she couldn't stand for more that 10 minutes.

yes, it helped a lot. she gets a little sore if she stands in one spot for too long. other than that she's 100%
