Saw Dreams earlier this year and loved that too, but just thought I liked Satimbanco better.

We still have to get out your way for that body exhibit.
Not sure when, but then it's running until January.

How is the foliage your way? A few trees are changing already here, saw some Albany way too, not a lot though.

We're also planning on taking a ride to Utica and catching a fall foliage train from there, goes somewhere around the adirondacks.... open windows for excellent viewing and fresh air. Costs only about $12.

I love fall!

Not alot of trees changing here yet. Just beginning. Quite a few leaves have fallen. I was very surprised about that. You are right fall is the best.

Well my son finally decided what he wanted to do for his 16th birthday. So now I am going to go into super mode to plan a huge pool party for Sept 22. He usually wants just a few close friends and do something expensive... not this year... lolol

I had planned to go down and stand in line early while Laura and the kids get ready to go. Thanks for the advice. I never thought about having to beat others to that table as well! Maybe I'll be there a bit earlier than I had planned. I'm going to need more e-books.

Hold up Steve. If we are contending with other hotels then maybe we should form a united front. I think you and I should get together and go down early. At that point all the spouse and kids and finish up the morning and bring us something to eat. When the time gets closer then the families can join us. How does that sound? That way all of us can be on the bus together.

I also did a yellow one for me. Mike said he was not going to wear yellow so I got him red. The color doesn't show up as well, but it still looks good.

I made a couple for each of us. We always take a t-shirt to wear in case we want to protect ourselves from the sun. We were laughing at pics of the last cruise because every pic we were wearing the same t-shirt.

Scott is supposed to work 5 12's this week but he is taking vacation time for 2 nights so we can go up to the cabin for the weekend.

Hmm I have packed for the cruise but I have not packed for our weekend away.

what a cute video....my grand-nephew was just visiting (he is 14 months) - I love little ones....makes me wish we were going to have another one.

Ok - I need to admit that I am not very creative and I dont do well at making things.

So in the spirit of not stressing myself out - I decided not to do the DIS-shirts. BUT we do want to do something for our door. I have heard people talking about buying magnetic paper (or something like that) and somehow getting a printed picture on to it.

My question is............what is the easiest way for me to do something??? Cant I just print out some pictures and use the magnets I have on the side of my fridge to hold the pix? Or maybe make something by colouring on cardboard and taping pictures to it - then just using strong magnets to stick it to the door?

Can it be as easy as that or am I missing something?

any concerns about having a picture of your child on the door of your cabin?

I only did one sign. Mine was to celebrate Mackenzie's birthday. I did Dis Characters on it. I went the simple way. I printed it out on paper, laminated it and then I will be putting sticky magnets to the back of it when we get there.

I like both of your ideas. I think they would all work.
