They are the other Repo thread for next year. Chris, Heather and I are on the other Repo in 2008 (August).

Both Repo's have tons of posts. The August one is over 73,000 already. They had a lot of heavy posting early, but not lately. This thread is posting quicker than they are right now. Actually, I think we are posting faster than any other Cruise Meets thread right now.

I don't know how anyone keeps up with so many boards. I can honestly say I am only reading about 3 or 5 of my backpages every sign on. And today there was 26...so ask Jeff what kind of percentages i am getting right now.

They have 2 shows here in Toronto in early October. I am taking Spencer and Vanessa to see Rush on September 19th -if Spencer likes it, i am going to buy VH tickets from Scalpers. he heard some music from 1984 the other day and LOVED it.

They'd have to have access to your visa account to add them.

They may have the capability. I know you can use your rewards on the ship, maybe that's what people were referring to. Or, maybe they can contact Chase from the desk there.

Does anyone know if you can use Disney Gift Cards for your shipboard account?

Our school sells them as fundraisers and if I can use them towards excursions etc on my account it would benefit our little school greatly.

The kids and I went on Utube and listened to the Disney ship horn on all the links they had there. Too cool. got us all excited. Then we had a little dance party... Dogs were barking and birds chirping. If the neighbors looked in they would have thought we lost our minds.

Test messages on blackberry's are called SMS's I think. But for people with regular phones it is just called a Text message. Since the older boys are in college I just send them a little message that says how many days left and some little tip I read from my secret package. LOL``

you mentioned a few days ago that disney listed the gty rooms for $799 for our cruise. i called our TA since we paid 899. she credited us $200 and assured me it wouldnt effect our upgrade.

Funny story, we're waiting to get on Peter Pan's flight (I think that's the one across from Small World) and Suz is trying to read the sign.

She say's, "What is Cinderella's Couch Potato".

The sign said "Cinderella's Coach Photo".

Showed this one to Leah. She got all excited! I wish we could go. I'm planning another trip for Leah's 5th birthday. Crowds will be up (July) and so will the heat. (why'd we have to have summer babies?)

We loved the Pics!

We called Disney Visa and are getting a new rewards card sent to us. We have over 300 points to spend. Woo-hoo! Plus, we'll transfer the last bit we can right before we travel. That will be a nice bit of spending money!

You reminded me I need to do this! Gahhhhh! I'd better hurry!

I just read this on another thread.

When we cruised in '04, there were 2 little girls ages 5 and 7 or so in thongs. VERY disturbing. They were from Brazil...go figure.


I could not believe it.

One word. Yuck! Why would anyone do that to their child? Okay, Okay, More than one word.

On this note if you have never cruised before when you flush the toilet it is very LOUD and can be scarry to children at first.

I wish more people knew this. The stars look so much brighter when the verandah lights are off.

alas, I am not sure that I'll be getting that upgrade. But I'll be definately starwatching should I.

Ok KKers...here's my silly dilemma with door signs and t-shirts....

My color printer has been sitting on my desk for a year gathering dust. I don't use it. DH has a black and white laser we use for printing, since I never print in color. I used to print photos at home, but it's just as cheap to get them developed, and I get a nicer picture.

So, my printer needs ink. Black and color cartridges, which adds up to $50! Yikes! I'm not sure I want to invest the money in ink.

if I don't buy ink, I could probably have a few door signs printed at office Max or wherever, and just pay for the color copes. BUT, will they give me a hard time with the clipart images (copyright issues)? If I did this I probably would not do t-shirts at all.

Anybody got any good advice? Should I just suck it up and buy the ink?

My DH, by the way, thinks I'm a bit nuts doing all this stuff anyways...he thinks I'm doing way too much fussing for a vacation!

Check for refilled cartridges. they are sometimes cheaper. If you have no black the inkjet will still function. It will mix the colors to create black. Not a true black but close enough.

When we saw Minnie, Leah had to go see her, herself. We stood in a long line. Leah couldn't understand why she couldn't go right up and say Hi. I had to keep her entertained thoughout the whole line. Once I was our turn, I let her rip. Like a shot she ran toward Minnie and gave her the biggest hug. Then Minnie got her to pose for this priceless pic. It was wonderful. My only regret is that I did not take out the Video Camera and give it to Laura while I took the Stills.
