I also found when I began scrapbooking that I either hide from the pictures or am the one taking them or both. So there are several years of pictures that will have no evidence of me in the kids lives. I'm changing that now. I take lots of them and then have free raine to get rid of all the ones I don't like at all.

Now that DS is taking pictures, Suz and I are now in them.

What I've done is bought a tripod from Wal-Mart for about $15, put the camera on there and set the timer. It works great.

What I've done is bought a tripod from Wal-Mart for about $15, put the camera on there and set the timer. It works great.

I'll have to look under my camera to see if it is set up to sit on one. hahahaha Never looked is all. But that is a good idea. Especially on holidays.

Ellis loves taking photos too. He's not too bad actually. We're giving him our 4 meg camera when we get a new one.

We used to carry a monopod round with us - not sure if you call it the same thing - one leg support that folds inside each other - extends from 12" to about 5ft. The security guy at the MK entrance once asked Neil if it was a kind of weapon - he took it out and showed him.
