I wasn't going to either but I could not stay away from it. I read his question a few times and then passed it up without posting but I kept going back to it so I finally posted.

That is ok I need to spend time going through things for the garag sale this weekend, I still need to find my dis tag bags. (that is making me real mad that I can not find those) and then I would like to get some more packing done. So I will be able to keep busy tonight.
Had ours this last weekend, we added $120 to our cruise spending fund.
Don't think it's that rare.
Wasn't it Cass's husband who spent almost his entire cruise in bed with it?
Once you get it it's hard to shake.
I get motion sick a lot the older I get.
Used to be fine on buses, then went on a school trip with my son's class, sat in the back of the bus.
OMG I got so sick!
Last 2 cruises, I took bonine everyday when I woke up. That way, no chances.
I say, better safe than sorry it you're prone to motion sickness, take a bonine or less drowsy dramamine daily.
I don't want to spoil my vacation.
I will be playing it safe. I'll have the First Aid kit loaded with Motion Sickness meds. (My son can be prone) But I'll bet that we barely feel the ocean.
And, now that the menus are done, are we going to get a QotD again?
Here's one:
For the repeat cruisers, is there any public space on the ship you haven't been to in all your cruises?
For the newbies, is there a particular public spot you have no desire/interest to go to?
I have never been in Studio Sea (or is it Studio C). 4 cruises, not once.
Hi All..as you can see I'm back. The In-Laws have left and Rick and I have a day on our own.
Welcome to all the newbies.
Watched a good movie over the weekend - The Lake House. Bit of a chick flick, but well worth watching.
Also have a good bottle of wine - Banfi Rosa Regale. You can get it on the Disney boats, that's where we first tried it. It's lovely, but a bit pricey onboard. Does anyone know if we can pick up a few bottles in Orlando for the cruise? A question for wine diva perhaps?

Hey Nancy, How did it all go?
I too went to the dentist....
need two fillings....yuck...
they wanted to schedule them this Wed. but I said "hey, I'm on vacation for the next 2 weeks, can I come back after that? I don't want to spoil my vacation time anymore by coming to the dentist."
Then I too did bloodwork. I'm done for the day.
But I didn't have to fast.
Did you take Brenda's advice about having a pomegranite kir and some french cheese and steak after it all?
Or would you rather a cold beer and a hot dog?![]()
hi everybody ,
I am sure this has been asked before , what are you expected to wear for formal and semi-formal nights ? cath and olivia are sorted with nice stuff but do i need a tux or new suit? will some smart pants and a smart shirt without tie be ok for formal night?

My name is Misty. I'm new to the boards. Just signed up for the cruise. I have been reading these the past few days. You all sound like a nice group.
I thought I would say hi.
