6 uninstalls and 4 restarts later I got rid of Norton and I now I have other security. I found out that my ISP provided it, but it was over riden by Norton.

So I have been looking at the menu options that Jeff posted and for some reason I just don't think the food is as elegant sounding as the other cruises I have been on. I am sure it is just as good but the names just don't sound as fancy. So either I have higher standards now or I was easily impressed all the other times.

:cool1:  :cool1:  I just finished making my dis tag gifts. :cool1:

Now you all don't have to listen to me talk about it anymore.

If only I could find the bags now.

That is what Scott is doing also. He calls it portion control and then he does the occasional situps. Other then that, that is it. He is holding even at 184. Which is ok for his height. He has dropped a pant size. It is funny because he is still wearing his large ones and just using the belt. He does not want to go out and buy all new pants and shorts before the cruise. I don't blame him it can get expensive.

So far I can't fault the idea, I've lost enough weight doing it. I'm with him on the pants though. I just bought new shorts and they are already too loose fitting.

Does anyone know of a free anitvirus program that I can download off the internet. I have had norton and it expired about a week ago. I don't want to pay for it again, but having all the girls on the computer today and not knowing where they are going makes me want it.

AVG Free. Like the name suggests, it is free. Works very well too. I do not believe that they have a version out of Vista. Do a google search on AVG Free and you will find it. They will want to sell you a full version but if you look a bit on the website you will see the link for the free version. It's a lot less invasive than either Norton or McAfee.

We rather have him come visit your direction then over the islands. :rotfl:

Hey is it Sunday or Saturday morning there?

You won't what spyware?

Spyware and antiviruse came with Cox. So I don't have a clue

Sometimes when you DL a program from the internet you will get an unpleasant surprise when you start getting all kinds of unwelcome programs running on your computer. AVG Free will not DL anything into your computer other than itself. So you are safe. You're Spyware and Antivirus from Cox will be good basic protection. I actually recommend using Microsoft's Window's Defender. Another free program that you download directly from Microsofts website. It is superb at eliminating malware. DON'T do a google search for this as you will get a product that is NOT Microsoft and will end up with bad stuff invading your computer. Go directly to Microsofts website.

You are way over my head. I get that Cox is a good basic. How much more do I need. Norton personally was a piece of CR*P I had issues with it from day one. I think it was to advanced for me. I am aware of spyware but what is malware? How many of these programs can I have on my system. Cox would not work with Norton so I uninstall Norton. Will Cox work with this Defedner thingy?

Am fine thanks, morning Steve...By the way looking out of my window this morning it appears "DEAN" is lost.....:rolleyes1

Good Morning, except for me it is the middle of the night and I got to get to bed soon If I am to work tomorrow!

I just checked the weather pattern for DEAN it is veering southward and is no longer on a direct collision course for GC and Cozumel. Hopefully that trend continues.
