I'm trying to pull up the college football schedule, but I can't find a complete one for Oct 20th.

Guess we know what will be on the TV in Diversion.

I wish I could find a site that gave me the whole listing for the day. Probably in a couple months Yahoo or someone will have it. It is getting to the 2nd half of the season by then so there should be some other good games.

Anyone who has been on the ship in the fall, do they put games up on the Ariel View?

They did for the playoffs last year in January. Just wondering about regular season.

Isn't the World Series during our cruise? If so, we may not have the chance to watch our beloved Tigers stomp on the dastardly Auburn tigers..........

According to Yahoo, Game 1 of the World Series will be on October 23rd, which is Tuesday (Grand Cayman).

On our cruise in Jan, that was the night they had Twiced Charmed in the theatre. It is also Master Chef night in the dining rooms (my least favorite menu). Hmmm....maybe pick up a burger and/or chicken fingers from Plutos and go to Diversions for the game.

My party is the 7th July when I have invited 7 of my best friends to my house for 6pm. Wayne and his friend are dressing in Djs and black ties and serving champagne coscktails ! we are then going by limo to Oxford ( about 40 mis from my house) to the Oxford Comedy club, we have front of row seat ... not too sure front is a good idea, might be picked on! then we are going to a private night club and casino that I am a member of till 2am, when our limo will collect 8 drunk but happy girls 1 Ive booked it all, but told them nothing, other than they need to be at mine for 6pm. Its a kind of Thank you to them,as they have all been wonderful friends over the years.

I wanted to set up a weekend in europe, but one of my friends is a single mum, ,and has no passport, so she wouldnt be able to make it. Another mum is having a massive extension and pool put on their house,so anything tooo costly was out,if she was to come. This will still be a blast though!
My actual b day is 17th July. On that day, my oldest best mate ( who is abroad on business on the 7th,) is taking me somewhere as a surprise !

Plus Wayne is taking me on Royal Caribbean in Feb 08 just him and me

for the most part in this field feel privileged to get to meet such great patients and help them through what is a very difficult time in their life.

And believe me, we truly do appreciate all you do for us.

Nancy are you going to Mileagers? Haven't been there in awhile but I love that place! Rachel and Al are going to a pet fair and a safety fair tomorrow so while they are gone I am hoping to get some major weeding done. The weeds are taking over my perennial garden again and I want to make sure I have them under control before we go to FL next month. Why do the weeds always grow better than the flowers Then tomorrow night we are going to a friends daughter's dance recital and then out to dinner probably to Red Robin. Yup, it's Mileagers for us tomorrow. Then to Hawks to blow my gift certificate I got from work for Christmas. I don't suppose I'll get too much for $50.00 from Hawks though.

Can Chuck come over and till Suz' garden? I own a rototiller, he can just come over and do it for me.

Better yet, you bring the rototiller over to our house (with Suz and DS)and I'll make sure you and Chuck have all the beverages you need.

Didnt loose any weight today, at my weigh in

i was a bit sad to start with, but I still went to the gym today and I will loose some next week !

I looked back when I dieted with Slimmer World, I didnt loose on week 5 with them either ?

I took Suz down to Playa del Carmen, Mexico for her 40th. That is where the ferry goes from Cozumel. We had a blast. No getting dressed up though. She just wanted the beach. What a great weekend. And soooo loooong ago. What an old lady. Good thing she doesn't read this board.

My day is coming, next January. For my 40th I booked the repo cruise through the Panama Canal on Disney later that year. It will also be our 15th wedding anniversary in Oct '08.

I'm fed up

I have been on the internet researching what I can do for my actual birthday weekend (I'll be 40 ) and I cant find anywhere I've been hunting for ages

Normally, wonderfully romantic husbands would be doing it for their wives - I mentioned it to Neil..... AND HE SUGGESTED A PARTY IN OUR NEW HOME - yeah right! - that would mean me doing all the catering and cleaning and then shampooing the carpets the day after - NO THANKS!

All I am after is a quaint hotel with a 4 poster bed and lots of wood panelling and nice food. It will be just 3 couples - couldnt stand the idea of a big party with all the relatives - my idea of hell!

Oh well, I'll just keep looking I suppose I want to get dressed up, eat lots of nice food, drink lots of nice wine then stumble upstairs to a big bed

I want filet mignon on a burger budget
