Dust stuff for you Chris!!! pixiedust: pixiedust: pixiedust: pixiedust: pixiedust:

Mike & Robin, great pics! Your granddaughter is gorgeous

So, I guess all the early people at the terminal will be mostly KKers :lmao: Well, we should be getting there around 10am since we will be dropping off the rental cars at Budget by 9:30 and then taking their shuttle to the Port. Hopefully they open the gates at 10am and that there won't be any delays :sad2: Maybe we should pop on over to the 10/13/07 cruise thread and tell them NOT to leave any luggage around so they don't delay our boarding :rotfl2:

Off to ellipticalize :yay:

What's the earliest we can get into the Boarding Building? Is it 10am? If so - then is there any advantage to gettign there at 930am?

Not really. Socializing is about the only thing. I don't think that the bus leaves from the airport before 10am so I won't be around until about 11.

Our soccer club, sponsored a tournament over the weekend. Bryce's team took first place in his age group. :cheer2:

Mackenzie's age does not do placement, but they won 2, lost 1.
She fell just before the game, really hard on her arm. Mark heard some sort of noise. We took her in tonight, they took 5 xrays. It looked like she has a hairline fracture on her radius, so they put her in a splint & sling. She already hates it, but I tell her that it is better than a cast. The radiologist will read it in the morning, we go back in a week for them to re-xray. We'll see how well she sleeps tonight, she has to sleep w/the splint & sling, propped up w/a pillow.

I hope Mackenzie is ok! I have never broken a bone so I don't know what it's like but it can't be fun! Hugs to Mackenzie for us!! :grouphug:

Good morning everybody,

its been a while since i posted, i have kept poppin back from time to time trying to keep up with whats going on but i dont stand a chance of keeping up , exams over now so i am once again an active member,

hello to all the new cruises,:woohoo:

i have one very very important question, england play a game while i am in orlando , where will it be shown??? its england  i can not miss it and now golden b***s :rotfl2: :rotfl2: is back cath will also (need!!!!) to watch it aswell . i dont understand why women would like a fit chap with more money than sence .

its great to be back

medicalman:grouphug:

Welcome back Sean, good to see you around! :cool1:

We are using HERTZ for our car, anyone know where this is, by the port? Budget is very close by, we followed their shuttle last time cos we could SEE the port and boat, but not find out how to GEt to the car park !!! :sad2:

Linda, Hertz is just a little bit further south on the same road. Not far at all really>

Cass, I think Chuck and Tony will be at Budget around the same time. They are dropping the rest of us off at the Port to start the check in process and will hop on their shuttle to come back. Save some room for them please. BTW...If some man on your shuttle starts to play with Kira that would be Chuck. He LOVES babies and they love him.

Okay, we will make some room for him! I have been debating about having Rob and his dad drop us off first too and THEN returning the vehicles. Still not sure about this?
I also heard that you should use a white t-shirt but a transfer for a dark shirt. I guess the colors are more vibrant and you don't have to reverse the transfer paper when printing. I used these and they seem easier to remove after ironing too. Just my two cents worth.

Haven't used the dark transfers, so I wouldn't know. So using a dark transfer on a white t-shirts works better then?

It USUALLY opens at 10am. Sometimes it's a little late, depending on when the ship clears. I just like getting there early cus it starts the cruise early :rotfl: Also, if you want to try to upgrade, you need to get there first thing.

Nancy asked for a small pocket logo with the flags so I will add that to the KK site later today/tonight. I will have to remove the names of the ports though, as you won't be able to read them. Or I could just put "Key West" instead of "Key West, Florida" that might work too. I will play around with it tonight when I have some time.

How are all you "losers" doing??? Keep it up guys, I know it sure helps me knowing that I gotta face up to you all on Friday morning! :scared:
I even have Rob working out too with me. He doesn't need to lose weight, he's just out of shape and wants to get into better shape. I am proud of him cus he's very busy but he made time and did it! :yay:

Well I am not as good as you guys all are on your machines for hours at a time. I am so impressed (and jealous).
But I did find a running program called Couch to 5K in 10 weeks. So I started last night and I AM SO SORE TODAY. I am supposed to go out again on Wed night and I dont know if I will be able to, but I will try.

You are my inspiration when it comes to exercise. I did get out and go for a walk with my neighbor last night. It felt good.

Thanks for everyone's well wishes for Mackenzie. You guys are the best... I got an email from her teacher, everyone is looking out for her and she even has a helper w/her lunch tray. Thank goodness there is only 2 days left of school. I'm glad she didn't have to have a cast, that would have put a delay on her summer swimming. Though on the way to school this morning, she announced that she has had the splint/sling on less that 24 hrs and she is already sick of it.

Alex broke her arm a couple of years ago and she got very tired of the restrictions. I'm sure Mackenzie will feel the same. We wish her good luck and fast healing!!!!!

Welcome back Sean, I bet it is a relief to be done w/your testing. Now you can look forward to the relaxation of the cruise.:goodvibes

Hi, Sean! Welcome back. Your family, mine, and Linda's are tablemates, so make sure you're ready to "dummy down" the conversation for me!

Congratulations Rob, passing with a distinction !!!!! wow you are far to brainy to be sitting on our table with me and Wayne !:lmao:
Medical man is studying hard too, so all the brainy ones up one end of the table and all the drunks down the other ... :rotfl: are you joining me Paige ?:drinking1 :drinking1 :drinking1

I'm with the drunks! Actually, Rob has no problem with the drunks, either.....I think that's what makes my marriage work!:lmao:

Okay, we will make some room for him! I have been debating about having Rob and his dad drop us off first too and THEN returning the vehicles. Still not sure about this?

Cass, we did this on our last cruise and it was sooo much easier. I think it only took Rob a total of 20 minutes from the time he dropped us off and the time he was walking into the terminal. I would say if you have someone to help you with Baby Kira in the terminal (or in line waiting to go in), it will be less stressful than loading and unloading the shuttle.....:goodvibes

I even have Rob working out too with me. He doesn't need to lose weight, he's just out of shape and wants to get into better shape. I am proud of him cus he's very busy but he made time and did it! :yay:

My Rob works out with me, too. He surely has no weight to lose (in fact he is always trying to gain weight) but he tries to stay in shape. It makes the time go by faster and while we can't really talk during the cardio part, we get to "catch up" during the weight training part. That's when I give him updates on all of y'all here on the Dis.

Ok, y'all have a great day. I'm off to do a little cleaning as we have our pre-inspection of our house tomorrow.......final inspection next Thursday, then I will be able to breathe, enjoy the graduation, and SEE THIS PLACE IN MY REARVIEW MIRROR!

Thank you. I just read it and printed it out. I am starting tonight. I CAN DO IT!!!!! Maybe we can do a 5K on CC. NOT!!

Well we can keep each other motivated - I did the first session last night - and i have to admit I am quite sore today - I think I was jogging too fast for my first night.

let me know how it goes tonight

Jessalynn

DH here, HI Sean :wave2: I do not think we have met, but wanted to say welcome back, and congrates on finishing the exams. My DW usually is the one doing all the DISing, I sneak on when she is gone.
Scott

So Jeff where have you been hiding out lately?? Though I do see that you appeared when the "H" word talk was going on:rotfl2:

Morning Scott:wave2: What are you up to today. Taking DD to swim or cooking or hangin out?

Hi back, I am running out the door now to swim. Will catch up after. Our Mackenzie is doing the floating thing today. Tell yours to take care and we are thinking of her.:goodvibes
