King Arthur Carousel: October 7. Reopens October 8.

I am keeping close watch...as of today the calendar goes out to Sunday November 9th, I am wondering if Casey Jr. and Storybook Land will be back by Friday November 14 - when Holiday time starts.

Canoes will be closed now via Oct 16.
Sailing Ship Columbia now via Oct 16.
Fantasmic now via Oct 30.
Pixie Hollow will be closed Tuesday & Thursdays in Oct.

It’s A Small World reopens Nov 14.
Big Thunder Mountain, Story Book Canals and Casey Jr closed at least until Nov 11.

Great Moments with Mr Lincoln will return next fall.

Sailing Ship Columbia: Closed Oct. 1-2, Oct. 6-9 and Oct. 13-16.

Pixie Hollow: Closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays in October (Oct. 2, 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28 and 30) after being recently closed for a 10-month refurbishment.

“Fantasmic” nighttime spectacular: Closed Oct. 1-2, Oct. 6-9, Oct. 13-16, Oct. 20-23 and Oct. 27-30.

Disneyland will close eight attractions for seasonal refurbishments as the Anaheim theme park resort enters the heart of the Halloween season that has become one of the most popular times of the year.

It’s a Small World, King Arthur Carrousel, Goofy’s Sky School, Davy Crockett’s Explorer Canoes, Sailing Ship Columbia, “Mickey’s PhilharMagic,” Pixie Hollow and “Fantasmic” will temporarily close in October as part of the standard refurbishment schedule at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure.

The eight new attraction closures join Big Thunder Mountain, Storybook Land Canal Boats, Casey Jr. Circus Train and “Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln” that were already shuttered for refurbishment.

Goofy’s Sky School wild mouse roller coaster in DCA’s Paradise Gardens closed in late September for a weeklong refurbishment that will stretch through Oct. 4.

Davy Crockett’s Explorer Canoes in Disneyland’s Bayou Country is currently closed through Thursday, Oct. 2 and will close two more times in October for seasonal refurbishment Oct. 6-9 and Oct. 13-16.

Traffic on the Rivers of America at Disneyland will be disrupted with the Sailing Ship Columbia out of commission on Oct. 1-2, Oct. 6-9 and Oct. 13-16.


“Mickey’s PhilharMagic” 3D concert film in DCA’s Hollywood Land will be closed Oct. 6-30 for a nearly four-week refurbishment.

King Arthur Carrousel in Fantasyland at Disneyland will be down for a single day of minor refurbishment on Oct. 7.

It’s a Small World boat ride in Fantasyland at Disneyland will go down for its annual transformation to holiday mode Oct. 31 through Nov. 13.

The “Fantasmic” nighttime spectacular on Disneyland’s Rivers of America will be dark Oct. 1-2, Oct. 6-9, Oct. 13-16, Oct. 20-23 and Oct. 27-30.


Pixie Hollow in Fantasyland will be closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays in October (Oct. 2, 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28 and 30) after the Disneyland character meet-and-greet area was recently closed for a 10-month refurbishment.

Big Thunder Mountain roller coaster in Disneyland’s Frontierland closed Sept. 2 for an extended refurbishment expected to run through at least Nov. 11.

Storybook Land Canal Boats and Casey Jr. Circus Train will remain closed through at least Nov. 11 as the intertwined Fantasyland attractions undergo an extended refurbishment that began in July.

The “Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln” show closed in April and is not expected to return until fall 2026 after the yearlong run of Disneyland’s 70th anniversary celebration.

The new “Walt Disney — A Magical Life” that debuted in July will run by itself during its initial run and will then play in rotation with “Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln” in Disneyland’s Main Street Opera House.
