October 2018 points

Received my direct paperwork today for copper creek. I wanted an October use year and assumed the first set of points would be October 2019 points. Looks like I will receive October 2018 points too which I wasn’t expecting. Banking period for Oct has passed. Will they make a banking exception for a first time member that hasn’t even closed yet? Even though I wasn’t expecting the 2018 points would hate for them to be wasted.

Yes they will. You just need to close by Sept. 30th and call member services right away to have it done. This is a standard thing they do for direct purchasers.

Your guide should have already mentioned this to you, but maybe their training isn't that great anymore.
