:confused3 In your opinions, would you say it's too early to book our vacation to Disneyland for October 2012 or does it seem OK to book now?

What are the chances that the prices will drop between now and then? We book through WDT via AAA.

Im all in favor of booking now, but hubby thinks we should wait.

Thoughts?

Thanks everyone!
Charlene

ETA: We made our reservations tonight. WooHoo!!! We arrive October 8th, 2012 and leave October 12th. We are taking our dog with us again and will be using the Kennel Club. Thank goodness it's only about a 7 hour drive each way.

I am so excited. I haven't even figured out a countdown yet, but I am already so excited!!!

We always book early and change when the prices do if they go down. AAA did have a change fee if I remember correctly.

We book early and watch prices to see if they go down. I just book it all myself though and make sure what I'm booking is cancelable. DI&S seems to only get more expensive the longer I wait, while there are some hotels on harbor that seems to go up and down a bit.

I am already super excited. We were there this year during this same week, but the heat was over 100. Apparently our week had a major heat wave. Other than that, it was a perfect week.

So, now, we're going back. I can't believe I'm already this excited.

People may want to consider the Halloween Parties for what days they want a October trip to cover. The party details will likely be clear in June.

289 days til my trip!! Highly recommend the Halloween Parties and check out our Halloween Time threads for lots of photos and info :D

Are the halloween parties always on Tuesdays and Fridays?

Mostly but llast year two parties were on Monday instead of Tuesday and of course the last party is on the 31st Halloween nights, whatever day it falls on a Monday in 2011.

This is why you wait until the party dates are official. Things can change year to year.
