I Just bought my tickets to MHP on Oct 12th! Now I am oober obsessed with planning but with no more information coming out it is so discouraging!

Our family is flying in from Hawaii and will be in SoCal from October 1-8. We'll be staying at the Embassy Suites Anaheim South. Stayed there before and loved all the great "extras" they provide.

Thought we were the only ones on break from school, didn't know about Gay Days and the crowds that brings. But none of that will stop us from having a good time. Will do GK for breakfast and one of the World of Color dining packages.

We will be there from Oct. 7 to Oct. 11. We will go to WOC on the weekend. We have no Character meal plans. My mom and I are taking 3 first time visitors ( co-worker/friend and her 2 children). I can hardly wait to see the children's faces when they find out they are going. We are staying at the Del Sol.

On the 5th the party time is 6pm to 11pm, but you can enter the park as early as 3pm...on the 8th the party time is 7pm to 12am, but you can enter the park as early as 4pm...what other 'time info' do you need released?...the parade & fireworks?

I'm interested in the park hours and the entertainment schedule. We like to go off season as a family, so we tend to miss out on alot of the parades. And as a family I tend to miss out on things like the Hillbillies and other things like that. I want to take my time and really enjoy the parks before I go with the family for the surprise family trip in Feb. My DH and 2 DS tend to go commando when in the parks, where I like to take my time and smell the roses so to speak. I get my sanily break from the family, and go pic crazy till my hearts content.

I am going with 3 Girl Scout Troops in October with 2-day park hoppers. October 29th & 30th.

I hope the crowds won't be too bad because Nevada Clark County Schools are off Fri. 10/29, Mon. 11/01 & Tues. 11/02!
So, that makes for a 5 day weekend for the students.

We all (40+ of us) will be staying at the Anaheim Girl Scout House.
It will be really cozy!
