SANDY: I called Castaway Club & we are on the opposite ends of the ship. Our stateroom number is 6007 & runs the opposite way - kind of weird! I did send an e-mail to Tammy too!

The dog drove me nuts last night. He woke me up at 3:00 AM to go out & then I just got to bed when my son & my cousin's son came in . So I am really dragging today but have to get psyched-up for the FLYERS . Thanks for the FLYERS support Sandy.

Jeanne, when you say it runs the opposite way do you mean the way the stateroom is laid out? I just heard that there are "reversed" rooms in Cat 11.

Hi all! Just finished cleaning up after the birthday party. Makenzie LIVED the party. It wasn't very big, but it was still fun. We had a pinata for the kids to open, LOTS of food, and of course cake and ice cream. She had a SNOW WHITE theme birthday (princesses of course).

I'm pooped! I had to register her for Safety Town to this morning. Does everyone have this children's program? The kids learn about stranger danger, bike safety, school bus rules and safety, and all sorts of "safety programs" that are geared to young children so they can learn it at their level. It is only two weeks, but they learn a lot.

Jeanne, don't give up on Bob. Sometimes you just need to have some time to think. What will be, will be. If it is over, he is missing out on one GREAT gal!!!

Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day to all the mother's...actually with Darren gone and Garry not posting everyone is a mother...although there are times that Garry can be one I'm sure (He will get me for this but I couldn't resist!)

I am no longer a mother so I am the odd one out. No card from Ryan no call. I feel as if I have wasted decades of my life. Oh well...moving onward.

I painted the bathroom yesterday...yes Ted I even painted the ceiling. I have to do the trim yet but I need some gloss paint. I used left over paint from my bedroom since it matched well with the shower curtain...no more Mickey bathroom....boo hoo. I also have to paint the little yellow ducky mural on the one wall to make it complete.

Hurtin today...trying to lose the weight I gained so I did my pilates yesterday. That with the painting...going to hit the ibuprophen.

Taking mom to breakfast today the work on her computer...needs memory. I didn't get one with a lot of memory never thinking she would want to add a scanner, digital camera etc...I should have known better. 79 years old and she does better than the nurses I work with.

Good morning and Happy Mother's Day everyone. Hope your days are going nice and relaxing. I got breakfast in bed, lots of little homemade presents and then a body massage by little hands. Too sweet. Now I'm off to Home Depot, LOL.
Bonnie, run thru a few good memories of when Ryan was LITTLE. I'm pretty sure that's the time of reward.

Jeanne, I'm sorry to hear about the rough spot with Bobbie. Darn it all. You were having so much fun with love. I hope he comes around.

Has anyone ever stained their outdoor cement? I want to do my walkway and porch with kind of a flagstone look/color. Suggestions welcome.

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!!!!!

Went to 7:30 AM Mass & then brought breakfast to my Mom & Aunt. Summer called this AM but I missed her call. She did send me a card & a gift card to Target earlier in the week. Both sons sent me cards, flowers & money. I even got a Mother's Day card from the dog (I guess I am his mother too!)..

BONNIE: I know what an excellent mother you were to Ryan so it is his lost but I know it must make you feel so sad

Poor FLYER'S but it was a really good game!

Lori, sounds like you had a great (cute) mothers day. I should have warned you about Home Depot. We went yesterday. What a zoo!!

We got the trailer out from next to the house. So you know what time it is!!! Ted is thinking that maybe we might go next weekend. Sounds good to me. Then Stacey had us over for dinner. She asked what I wanted and I chose her taco salad. It is so yummy! Heidi surprised me with flowers and a gift. Thanks Heidi!

We are such great mom's on the board!!!! I had a very nice mother's day too. I got a beautiful gold heart necklace with all 4 kids birthstones on it. We also ordered out for dinner, so I didn't have to cook anything which was nice. The only "bump" to today is I have a huge problem with servere pain in my chest sometimes when I eat too much dairy (at least that's what I think causes it) and for lunch I had some leftover mac and cheese from the party. Then like an idiot, I did my treadmill. Well, with only 4 mins. left I started to get these pains in my chest. I got off and went downstairs to take some tums. I took four and nothing was helping. (I've been sent to the hospital with this before). I tried drinking some water, but when the pain would increase, I couldn't swallow. I then started to feel sick to my stomach and ran into the bathroom where I proceed to get sick. After that, the pain has decreased, but it is still there. It is a dull ache now. I still can't take a deep breathe. I feel like I still have a 20 lbs weight on my chest and a lump in my throat. I'm sure it will go away in a few days, but boy was I in MAJOR pain earlier. OK, enough of that.

I have my conference with Makenzie's teachers tomorrow. Other then that, nothing going on around here. Too bad Denine isn't home. It has been BEAUTIFUL here since she left. Her kind of weather!

Disney was fun and hurried. It was terribly hot and humid though. We went to MK on a Tuesday and no one could figure out why it was so crowded. Even the cast members were flabergasted

Susan: Sorry to hear about Turner's losses, but sounds as if they really did have a great season.

Good Morning!

We are back from our traveling weekend! Thursday I had to
drive to Fort Collins to pick up Jason, he is home from Korea in the process of changing bases. Fort Collins is 2 1/2 hours the opposite direction then we needed to go! I rushed back from Fort Collins to go to Tiffany's hearing for her car accident. We met the lawyer, he was able to plea bargin her 4 point accident to a 1 point violation. Then we left at 4:00 for a 9 hour drive down to Pattys arrived at midnight left the next morning around 10 bound for Columbus Texas. We got there around 7:00 pm loaded all Jaymee's stuff in the van then went to dinner got back to the hotel around 9:30 slept got up the next day at 7:00 went to graduation then left Texas around noon met Patty in Lubbock Texas for dinner got there around 8:00 left there around 10 drove through a lighting storm and pouring rain. Left Sunday around 10:30 got home last night about 8:30 unpacked, did laundry got pizza and went to bed about 10:00. Phew!! What a weekend!!

I am so upset I have been trying to get a reservation for the 14 day Panama cruise but have not had much luck. I requested through Dreams on Wednesday. They priced the wrong cruise. I have been trying though Disney and now they are saying it is no longer available.

Who all was able to get it??

Sheez Barb, I am tired just reading your post. So far Denine, Jeanne, and Sandy have reservations on the 14 day. If you didn't make plans a couple of weeks ago, I am not surprised that you didn't get reservations. They were very hot. DU worked for a very long time on them and I know people were on the phone for 2 hours at a time. Disney was flooded with calls. I checked on DCL site last night for fun and found only catagory 6 was left.

Julie, I am sorry to hear about your pain. If it keeps reoccuring I would go back to the Dr until they find the problem. That sounds pretty bad.

Krista, sounds like you had fun at MK. That is my favorite park. Did you park at the Wilderness Lodge and take the boat? How did it work out? How did your feet do? Good luck getting the reservation! As state above it is hard to come by. But with more and more people giving up rooms now that the deposits are due, it might make it a little easier.

My feet and knees have been really bad the last couple of days. Today, I have to take it easy! Took some naproxin to hopefully help.

Busy morning Picked up referrals for eye exam & mammo., went to Sam's Club & Shop Rite. Then over to Mom's & cooked dinner. I decided to try "The South Beach Diet" this week so had to shop for food allowed on this diet. What the heck. I've tried everything else!

It is 80 plus degrees here in New Jersey. What happened to Spring? We seem to go right from winter to summer.

Sounds like everyone had a great mother's day.

Barb - which cruise are you trying to get on, the one going to Cali or the one leaving Cali? I wish I could go but that it too much time (and money) for me, but it also is a once in a lifetime chance.

Jeanne - How are your Flyers looking? I haven't watched a game recently. I watched part of the Flyers game when I was in Las Vegas and that is how I found out my AVS lost!!!
