Julie, I can't talk about Grease yet. Heidi hasn't watched it. All I can say is that I am bummed that we won't be able to see it on Broadway. I bet Bonnie will though. Just not fair. How far of a trip would it be for you?

I am suppose to go weigh in today but NOT! I thought I was good this weekend but the scale doesn't agree. I will do it tomorrow. There is always tomorrow right? I get to go shopping with the babies this morning and then tonight head over there to see my niece and her daughter.

Been busy. I worked on Friday, then we went that night to buy paint. We painted the dining room on Saturday and then yesterday we had a birthday party. Unfortunately, we didn't get out to enjoy yesterday's weather since we were inside for the party. Hoping to get out today, before the rain comes. I want to work in my yard.

Jerry and I have a date on Saturday. I have the sitter coming at 5 PM. We also have an Easter egg hunt that afternoon.

I found out today that I got all 7 days I asked for at work next month! Yippee!

Just got back from Denver dropping Tiffany off. 6 more weeks of school for her then she is done with her first year of college!!

How in the world did I miss Grease last night? I never saw it listed GRRRRRR
I did read the results on the other board. If I had to bet money I would have won. I knew those 2 would win.

I am home from work. I caught Ethan's cold last week and have been steadily getting worse. I felt horrible this morning so I decided to stay on the couch all day. Tiffany wanted me to go to Denver so I did.

I had a great night last night with my sister. She needed to get out of the house and we went shopping. She took me to a place where she attended a wedding. It was beautiful, so I requested information this morning. There was also a golf course that was beautiful near it but I looked this morning and they can only accommodate an intimate wedding of 80 people. I need something for about 150 people, so I guess that is out!!!

It was beautiful yesterday and I got to do some spring clean-up in the yard.

Julie: Thanks for the invite to help you paint your living room today, but no thanks! I am gearing up for the next painting project which is huge. We have to paint the 2-story foyer, the stairwell and both upstairs and downstairs hallways. I have no idea how many gallons of paint it is going to take. I am still deciding on a color. It is all connected so it has to be 1 color.

Still warm today, but a bigger chance for rain, then we get cold again.

Good Morning!

I am back at work and on the mend. People can hear me when I talk and I can hear them most of the time!! I don't feel like my head is in a bowl anymore.

I just talked to a customer from Florida. He told me to be prepared for HOT HOT weather. BLAH! It is rainy here today. I LOVE the rain. I am hoping for another summer just like last year. Rained almost every day!

Dad was at City Council Meeting and I sat at home all alone, talking to myself. Do you feel bad? Didn't think so. Of course, I would love to go help! I will have to weigh in again. Ummm, Stacey, if I bring a pop over, would you be so kind as to NOT dump it out?

Denine, we are getting the spring rains now just like you. We enjoy some nice weather and also the rain. I bet you loved getting out in the yard!

Hi everyone! Having another beautiful day here!! It's been in the high 70's and sunny all day. We are suppose to get a cool down (60's) in the next few days, but these last few days have been wonderful!

Well, I painted my living room while Garry has been gone. It's a slate blue-ish color now compared to the very light blue it was before. I think it looks pretty good if I do say so myself!! I sure I will have to to a few touch ups here and there, but pretty good now! See, Garry goes to Vegas and I paint the house! LOL!! Boy, what do I do when he goes to Kansas City Missouri next month for work..... hmmmmm any ideas????

Garry is having a horrible time in Vegas. The other guy that he went with doesn't want to do ANYTHING!!!! I told him to just leave him in the room and to go out by himself, but he feels odd doing that. Everyone who I've talked with has told me to tell him to do the same thing..... go do the strip by yourself. I'm sure he would have a good time. I think he might do it tonight.

Well, gonna go. Taking the kids to the Indoor Amusement park tonight. Actually, my brother has asked to take them, so they are going!

Hey Julie, I can't believe that you found the time to PAINT BY YOURSELF!!! I feel for Garry. Doesn't that guy know he is in VEGAS? Even if he doesn't gamble there is plenty more to do! I hope Garry strikes out on his own. After all, will he ever go back? He needs to see it now.

Trying to decide where to go to dinner on Saturday. I have a taste for seafood, but Jerry does not like seafood. We may go to Red Lobster. We haven't been there since we were still dating. I am trying to see a menu for a seafood restaurant at Crocker Park, but I need to download a new adobe reader to see it.

Just LOVING this weather. I hate to see it go. I love having my windows open. I just sat on the front steps looking at a catalog waiting for Jerry to come home. It was nice.

Denine, go to Red Lobster. Yummy! They use to have a great chicken breast! Our weather has been fabulous. They are now watching a storm for Thurs into Fri for a snow storm. OH NO....as I type I remember Heid saying that Stacey is having a garage sale this weekend. Pixie dust for Stacey!

MOM-you sure know how to make someone feel bad!!!!! You know how bad I felt when I ACCIDENTLY dumped your pop!!!! And yes, Heidi did invite herself, but that was ok because I enjoyed spending time with her. I am glad Heid liked the place I showed her for the wedding...I really want her to see the inside decorated.

Our realitor is coming over tomorrow to put the house on the market. He always is so good to us...last time we sold the other house he was amazed at all the work Richard did on the house, he can't wait to see this one because he remembers how bad of shape it was in. We are also heading down to Monument tomorrow to drop off another load of stuff. The house down there is officially ours so I am hoping to unpack some of the stuff while we are there. Hopefully I can drag my mom down with us to help me!!!

Anyway, got to go spend time with the family. I have been working on Pampered Chef all night.

Julie - Gary HAS to go out by himself. How can you be in Vegas and not want to go out? Like my mom said, even if you don't gamble there is so much more to do. The foutains at the Bellagio, the volcano erupting at the Mirage, the pirate show at Treasure Island, Margarittaville!!!, rollercoaster at New York New York, rides at the top of the Stratosphere, etc. What is an indoor amusement park?
