I thought the snow was supose to come in tonight but I was shocked to look outside at 7:00 am to white!!!! It is actually covering the cars and the grass and the streets!!! WooHOO good skiing for me this weekend!!!!

Barb - we probably have about an inch and it doesn't look like it will be stopping, but it is slowing down.

Mom - Don't forget, when talking to Stacey I am NOT going skiing this weekend!!!!

Barb and Heidi, you will get a secret santa gift ( it might be Easter, but you will get one. LOL!) It is my mission to make sure that all who were in the exchange get a gift. I'm one for giving and I really don't care if I get one, but everyone WILL get a gift before next Christmas. I promise! We can have Christmas in July! That could be fun!

Tonight we are taking the kids to see Disney on Ice.. The Incredibles and their Magic Kingdom Adventure! It looks really cute. The Incredibles go to the Magic Kingdom for a vacation. And they show on the commercial scenes from the Pirates of the Carribean, Haunted Mansion, It's a Small World and the Tea Cups. We are taking Makenzie and The Big Guy and Brooke will be staying home with my parents. BUT Garry isn't feeling real good today so either I will take all three kids or my mom might be able to come and we will just have to hold Brooke on our laps. We shall see.

We are having Brooke's birthday party this Saturday. It's a few weeks late, but she will at least have one. We were going to have it on Sunday, but with the football games then, plus this way the kids won't have to go to school the next day.

NOW, It is VERY VERY difficult for me to cheer for either Pittsburgh OR Denver being from Cleveland. I WILL NEVER EVER CHEER FOR PITTSBURGH as long as I breathe on this earth BUT it is very hard for me to cheer for Denver either because of the drive and fumble back in the 80's when Elway destroyed our chances twice to go to the Superbowl. I could let that go and cheer for Denver BUT Denver has 4 former Browns who were quoted in our local paper "smack talking" the Browns and talking about getting a ring and aren't we sorry for getting rid of them etc..... SO that makes me really not want to cheer for Denver. I know the Browns are horrible, but I can't stand it when players smack talk former teams or team members. That is so unsportsman like. BUT, I guess I have to choose the lesser of the two evils and cheer for.......... DENVER!!!! It won't be real loud, but I do NOT want to see Pittsburgh go to the Superbowl.

American Idiol seems to always make the "host" city look like all they have is a bunch of weirdos! Remember the Cleveland auditions last year? THey had the one black girl come on and sing the National Athem for the final show. ANd don't forget we had Scott Sabol..... need I say more?

I was sooooo happy for that Cowboy kid. The one who comes from a town of 4 people and has never been on a plane. We all know that he won't make it past the Hollywood auditions, but I was glad to see them give the poor kid a chance. It was soooo cute.

Sandy, I watched Skating with Celebrities too. The one girl who had some kind of skating was the team that is in last place right now. THat Jillianne Barber also knew how to skate before too and she is in 1st. The hockey guy was Dave Collier from Full House and being a former ice skater and a hockey rink guard, the two types of skating are WAY different. I really think it is harder to go from Hockey to figure skating. The way you "stroke the ice" is totally different. Teaching ice skating ( which back when I was in high school I did that too!) to someone who has never been on skates before and someone who was a hockey player... I'd take the never skated before person in a heart beat! Who is your favorite team right now? I like Dave Collier and Nancy Kerrigan and Bruce Jennings and Ty . Kurt Browning and Debbie Gibbons was pretty good too. I think Jillian Barber's team did the best job, BUT she has skating experience and the others are at a little disadvantaged. The other team, Susan (I think) and her partner were judged really hard last night. ANd she is one who has skating experience too. The judges were alittle too hard on them I thought.

Christmas in July. Julie, you posted two days in a row. How cool is that? That Disney on Ice sounds really cool. Heidi, did it come here? I remember one that came just recently but not sure which one. Julie. just keep chanting, DENVER, DENVER, DENVER!! That cowboy was so cute. I was hoping he could go just to get on a plane. What a sheltered life he has led!! I know he won't go very far but at least he can get to Hollywood. I haven't had a chance to see the pictures, yet. I have Graci and it is preschool day so I ran around while she was in school. Now it is lunch time.

Barb, it snowed about an inch. Then stopped and now it has started in again. It was suppose to start tonight so it was a pleasant surprise. Sorry you aren't feeling well. Worried about your mom. Is she ok?

Julie: Love the pictures! It is NOT your fault that certain slackers have not sent or responded about receiveing their secret santa gift. It does need to be different next time, only people who post regularly allowed. I will happily wait to open my gift for whenever everyone else is ready.

Work was good today, but busy. I could have stayed another hour easily. It was nice to do something normal.

It snowed here yesterday, but luckily it warmed up today and is mostly melted.

Barb: I think Heidi IS going skiing this weekend but Stacey is NOT to know about it. Sorry you arent feeling well. The Christmas stocking sounds cute.

Sandy: Jerrys dad does say some funny things. He kept thinking the thickened liquids were frozen and what is the temperature in the room anyway?

Jerry found out today that someone he is going to be working with is a DVC member. She went to WDW 4 times last year. Finally, someone at work who gets it!

Jerry still has a nasty cough, but says he is feeling better. I thought I was getting it a work this morning, my throat was so irritated feeling and my nose was running. Everything is better, at least for now.

Don't watch any of those shows or football, sorry. CSI is on twice tonight.

Oh, oh. Last one to post yesterday and first today. I know Barb and Heidi usually beat me. That means, this is Heidi's day off and Barb must be sick. Sorry Barb!

Nothing new here. We got about 4 inches of snow. It was a wet one so I am sure that all the grass and trees are happy.

Heidi and I are going out to develop pictures today. Finally I will have some Panama Canal pictures. Been too busy to even do that. Crazy world!

I have been fighting with the bb trying to get in....my password wouldn't work anymore and after I send in 8 requests I finally got a password. Does anyone else have trouble with them...I do about once a year.

It snowed a lot last night...really beautiful....I can say that as I don't have to drive to work.

I did not get in the Santa exchange this year....sorry so many people are having trouble getting their things. I do know Patti got her exchange when I was there. She was shocked because she didn't know she was even in the exchange.....so Julie is she didn't get ahold of you, you should email her and tell her who she has.

I talked to my brother in law and he is doing good.....said he was going to go to the grandkids games and volunteer at a horse club and help care for the horses. He is thinking about getting a dog for company

The doctor gave me a nose spray for my ear and it has cleared up pretty good already...not closed and it doesn't hurt

I am cleaning my scrapbook room today....putting all the new stuff away.
My daughter and granddaughter got me a set of letters for my sizzix for my birthday....and I had been buying stickers and paper at Disney

Good Morning!

I am off on Fridays!! I love having Friday's off.

Talked to my Dad today. He really liked going to Disney over New Years and wants to go again!! I am pretty excited. I have my cost sheet done and my tentative plan ready to go.

We do have some snow on the ground. Not much but it is pretty.

Beauty and the Beast was really really terrific. The costumes were so fun and Beauty sounded just like the "real" beauty! I only actor I did not care for was Beauty's father. He is older and really did not seem to be much into the part. I think he has been acting a long long long long time but I just didn't think he was very good. Everyone else was so good. If you have the chance you should see it Sandy. You would really like it. It has been extended until March. I am thinking of seeing it again.

Hi all! Last night was really fun. The show was real cute and the kids loved it! We had very good seats and the kids really got into the show. The Incredibles went to the Magic Kingdom for vacation and they go to all the major attractions. They had Haunted Mansion, Tiki Room, Jungle Cruise, Thunder Mountain, Buzz lightyear, Tea Cups and the Electrically light parade. It was very cute how they did it. The kids got a ligt wristband to help the Incredibles to stop the bad guy from kidnapping Mickey and Minnie. Makenzie wants to go again! The Big Guy wants to watch the movie over and over again! If it comes to a city near you, you should go see it. Veyr cute and a great show for Disney fans! It even had BALOO skating!!!

Sally, I'm very surprised to hear that Patty didn't know she was in the exchange since I looked at all my PM's from the thread and I sent her a PM on 8-15-05 at 2:08pm telling her who she got and I have one from her on 8-16-05 saying thanks and that she was so excited that she had who she had. I don't think I have her correct email so if you could PM me with in and I will send one out to her. If she doesn't want to do it, just let me know and I will get her person taken care of. thanks!

Barb, yes that is my stepdaughter in the picture with us. She is 15yrs old. She's a big help with the kids and likes being with us when she can.

She must have forgotten if it was in August because I could tell she was really surprised...you know when you get close to 50 you tend to forget things I'll email her and remind her she did get a name and I will send you her email address.....

I did get my scrapbook room cleaned so now I have a clean table to work on...I had over l00 pictures developed yesterday and I cropped them all tonight.

We got a lot more snow than Barb did....at least 4 or 5 inches...it is hard to believe that when you live so close to someone the weather is so different.

Close to l0 so I think I will go to bed....I have been trying to get more sleep

Tonight is date night and Bob and I went to see "Tristan and Isolde" it was pretty good. Tomorrow is family movie night so we are going to see "The Last Holiday" Looks really cute. We are also taking our Missionettes to see "Narnia" tomorrow afternoon. I am a little nervous taking 20 3rd and 4th graders to a movie. Wish me luck!

Mom the football game is at 1:00 on Sunday so I should have time before Missionettes to see the entire football game. Let me know what you want me to bring.
