Hey Hey Hey!!!

Where is everyone? I am not good with being alone!!!

Barb: I am here! Break a leg! I can't beleive it is almost Easter. I hate it in March. I wish I did have it all together. At least I sound like I do!

Sue: Hope you get the results from your dad's test. Hopefully your brother will have his surgery in a couple of weeks. Sorry about Paul's friend.

Bonnie: Glad to know stenciling is easy. I have seen it done on TV shows and it looked easy.

Jeanne: Did you find anything good at the fleamarket?

Busy weekend. Had fun at our friends on Saturday and had a birthday party yesterday. I tried to be good with my points.

We are up to 98.5 inches of snow for the season. We will definitley have a new record this year. We are only halfway through March. We have woken up on Arpil 1st to 5" of snow in the past. That is all it would take.

Grocery shopping tonight. UGGHHH!!!

Denine-Glad you are here to keep me company. You sure do get the snow. It has been snowing all day here and nothing is sticking. Everything melts when it hits the ground. So typical for Colorado. I love stenciling. I have never done it but it looks great. My Mom does all kind of cool things. My favorite was in her spare bedroom she taped a wall and painted over the tape when she pulled it off it looked like there was lattice on the wall. It looked really cool. I think she has painted over it again though. Nothing stays the same in her house very long. :teeth:

Heidi- You crack me up. Reading your posts uplifts my day. Barb
Oh, you are so sweet. Glad I can make someone's day!!!!

The snow stopped finally and we are back to blue skies!!! Everytime it snows it reminds me why I want a garage so bad, even if it means moving into an apartment...its gotta have a garage!!!

Denine - that is a lot of snow, can you spare some moisture over here so this summer we don't have the dreaded drought AGAIN!! I remember when I was a kid playing in the sprinklers, now in CO in the summertime that's unheard of due to the drought every summer. Scary.

After work I have a mission to find wrapping paper. I cannot find adult birthday paper anywhere.

Barb, how funny. My Mustang never did well in the snow either. I put weights in the trunk to help.

Heidi, how fun going to Tennessee. I hope it works out for you because this summer will be different for all of us. I think less camping due to the cruise. I thought that it was snowing more here, too.

Well, the sun WAS out and now it is about to snow again. I think I heard another 2 inches. I was out weighing in and shopping for Graci's birthday.

Better run and put groceries away. Heidi, Walmart has more options for wrapping paper. Not sure if you would like any as I really don't know your exact taste in paper. You always know how to do up a gift! Cristina got that from you!

Hopefully will check back in later.

Hi all. Sorry about not posting this weekend, been busy doing busy work. Saturday night was the first night in A LONG TIME and I mean a LLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGG time Garry and I went out. One of the guys got promoted to sgt. and they had a party for him over at one of the local watering holes. So we went up to celebrate with everyone. It was where I use to be a bartender about 10 yrs ago. The place changed somewhat, but somethings will never change! lol! I can't remember the last time I had more then wine to drink!

Well, things are going "OK" with my dad. They moved him out of the heart center and to the second floor skilled nursing floor. He has been doing the PT, but his leg where they took the arteries from is still seeping and is really causing my father alot of pain. He does PT about 2 to 3 times a day. Tomorrow they are running a 24 hour urine test on him. Something about his kidneys not functioning right. Bonnie you mentioned something about that, be honest with me, should I be concerned???? Ever since he went into the hospital I haven't had a "bad" feeling, but I don't feel that he is out of the woods yet. He is getting really depressed because he wants to come home, but they won't let him. He is very concerned about his leg. VERY concerned. I'm concerned about his leg too with the history of problems he has had with his lower part of his body. I'll still take all the pixie dust and prayers for him!

Susan, great news about your dad and brother. Give Paul a big hug from us! I thought about you guys when I heard about what had happened. I had a feeling that somehow you guys would have known someone. It is very hard to loose a friend like that.

Jeanne, the dudettes reunited??? Are your co workers ready??? LOL! Have a great time.

Denine, stenciling is easy, just like Bonnie says. Depending on the the size of the room, it could take some time, so be patient. I want to do the girls room this summer and I was going to stencil some of their room.

Barb, glad to hear your party went off great! I knew it would. I really wish we lived closer to you to we could see you guys in the production. I know you guys do a fantastic job with it.

Heidi, Tennessee huh? YOu could make a side trip up to Ohio for a visit! We have Cedar Point up here that is the roller coaster amusement park. I'm a roller coaster nut!!!!

Well, gotta go. I'll be back later!

Julie - Hang in there. So what was your drink of choice?

Just wanted to wish Chris, Rich (BIL), and Nae-Nae a Happy Birthday today!!! :bday: Today is a busy birthday day for me...3 birthdays all on the same day means lots of celebrations!!!

Hey Julie, continued pixie dust and prayers to your dad. Keep us posted. It was fun hearing your voice last night.

Happy Birthday to everyone Heidi listed!

Heidi, did you slip slide into work today? How are the roads? I am thinking about venturing out to return those radios. Of course a stop at Chick Fil A for Graci, too.

Hi Sandy! I am here, just checking in late. I have been really busy this morning and just realized that I have not posted or sent my usual morning emails. Hey ya know Sandy you guys could come down for one of the performances. The next 2 Saturdays there are afternoon performances.

I am so glad to see the snow melting. The roads are about clear. Tonight is our first performance. Glad there won't be snow to keep people away.

Julie- Good to see you back. You are missed when you stay away!

Barb

Great idea Barb. When, where, why and how? Give us all the details and I will check with Heidi and Ted. We are always up for a roadtrip!

Julie: Will keep sending your dad pixie dust. :wizard: A 24 hour urine is to test how much creatinine is being cleared in a 24 hour period. If too much of it builds up in the blood, it is a sign of kidney problems. Jerry's dad had one when he was in the hospital because his kidney's were not functioning properly. They are now back to normal. It is going to take time for his leg to heal. Things heal much slower with diabetes. They just need to keep an eye out for infection. Sounds like you had a good time on Saturday and is this new sgt going to be working nights so we can get together with you guys?

It is actually above freezing today!

Went grocery shopping last night. What is it with kids and grocery stores? Kaleigh was just awful. She isn't like that at Target or the mall.

Heidi: I like Hallmark for wrapping paper.

Sandy: So how was weigh-in? I am hoping for good results tomorrow.

The guy is here replacing our powder room toilet. There was a defect in the bowl.

WOW! Jerry just got home. He said he may leave early because he was going to take someone his group was meeting with yesterday and today back to the airport.

Our snow is melting and we are supposed to be in the upper 30's the rest of the week.

Denine, I have been steadily holding my exact weight since Friday. Not up and not down. Must have hit a plateau. Weigh in tomorrow so far I can only report .4. Let's hope I have a drop between this morning and tomorrow morning for the official weigh in. Our snow is melting. It had soooo much moisture in it. It makes me very happy as we are dry, dry, dry again. Don't want another forest fire summer!

Bonnie, we got another PC newsletter. Do you realize that you are organizing a trivia contest? Good luck! With all that chatter, I don't know how you can go through hundreds of pages. I thought that you just said it in jest!!

Our problem child at work is FIRED, now all we need is Bonnie's problem child to go away at her job too!!! I don't know the exact details yet, I was talking with my boss on how many open cans of Dr. Pepper our problem child has at her desk because we were worried about mice and my boss told me that she will no longer be our concern!!!! That means that by the end of March we are down 3 employees, I think I am going to be really busy for the next couple of months!!!

Mom - yes the roads were icy and it took me 25 minutes to brush all the snow off. I think last night we got atleast 4 inches because thats how much was on my car!!!! I need a garage!!

Wow, Heidi. Can't wait for you to get all the details. I believe that we got four inches just last night alone because I noticed the truck and the Catletts cars. Melting fast on the road and cars. The grass is still covered by a few inches.

"Mandatory Flex" this morning, I am SOOO glad I worked Sunday. because now I won't have a short paycheck or have to use PTO. Tried to get on earlier today but there were "technical problems" :badpc:

Working tomorrow & Thursday but planning on going out after work Thursday to celebrate St. Patrick's Day :shamrock: What's St. Patty's Day without a little green beer? :drinking1

PAUL: So sorry to hear about the loss of your friend.

DENINE: You really DO have it together.

SANDY & HEIDI: Did you feel like you were only talking to each other? You are loved :grouphug:

BONNIE: Joyce is a NO GO to the Spring Fling since she has to work the next day & she loses an hour sleep that night (spring forward) but I am still thinking about it.

JULIE: Hope your Dad is REALLY on the road to recovery.

Hope you all have a great week. Toodles  :genie: JEANNE

Did someone say green beer? I love green beer, but this St. Patty's day I don't have anyone to drink green beer with so I guess I will wait for next year when Taura is here. Have one for me Jeanne. :bounce: :shamrock:

Celebrated Chis's birthday last night, we had a lot of fun. I got him a chess board and he attempted to teach me chess. I didn't realize how much you had to think in that game!! I don't have it down yet, but practice makes perfect!!!

Hump day!!!!!

Good Morning!!

The Thorn went really well last night. We had a full house, over 6000 people last night. We have the night off and I am ready. This week is very challenging.

Sandy- I would love it if you could come down. If you check out the website Thethorn.net there is a listing of the times. Probably Saturday afternoon would work best for you since you guys have to drive so far. Heidi we might get to meet!!!!!! I will be the one with the ton of makeup on

Jeanne_Enjoy that green beer. That does sound kind of fun. Don't like beer much but the whole colored food thing sounds fun!

Denine- What Super woman/Mom thing are you doing today? You are an inspiration....
