It took over a week to get our bag back .. It was our tolietries it was a mess when we got it back it looked like it went to China and back. Stuff,, was leaking out of it!!!!!!!!!!! The suitcase was tapped together!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We once picked up a friend of Rich's at the airport a couple of years ago. I asked him what color his bag was. "Black" was all he said
