Are you and DH in separate staterooms? My DH and I are in two different rooms because of the kids but all 10 people in my linked reservations showed up on my Cruise Plans page. I guess that's because we just have 4 rooms linked.

The linking of 5 rooms is where it got funky. ANd you have a point about the couple's massage - how were you supposed to get around that one???:confused3

If it's something you really want to do, I'd book it onboard the first day. I'm sure they hold out a lot of reservations for people who don't book online. Plus there are always cancellations, especially with spa appointments.

Home from the pool - now off to the grocery store and Target. Dentist appointment for DS at 12:30 and then drop him at MOA. I can't wait for these kids to get back in school so I have a life of my own again! Actually, I love summer and the "no schedule" even though I have to get up every morning to pick up from swimming. At least DH takes him - 5:45 every day!

Yes, dh and I are in separate rooms. I'm not sure who decided 5 cabins was the magic number LOL. I think that's exactly how many we have too. Go figure. Like I said, I don't really think we want to do that anyway, so no biggie right now.

Have fun playing chauffer. There would be no dropping off at the MOA for me, since it's like 50 miles from here LOL!!!

This doesn't apply to me but i know some of you might appreciate this info. I just opened my mousesavers Announcement. And if you need to buy park tickets , they say to buy them RIGHT NOW!! They are putting a lot of stock in a rumor that the prices are going up unnanounced on SUNDAY.

I'd actually pick them up myself if I thought I were going to the parks any year soon. Since they are good forever.

Thanks for the tip! I thought that they DID expire though, unless you paid more for non-expiring tix???................No?

I saw that too this morning! I'm ordering today - my sister and I are heading to the Grand Floridian after the cruise. It's our birthday gifts to each other and from our husbands. Can you say Food and Wine Festival! We are staying until Tuesday because we figure we'll need a break from our families after the cruise! JK:lmao: ANd I'm sure all the laundry will be done when we return:laundy:

Sounds good to me LOL. Mayber we should trade husbands. I don't think mine would ever give me that kind of gift:rotfl:

AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! You'll have so much FUN!!!!!!!!!!!

The expiration starts AFTER you've used them the first time. If you buy them now and wait say a year b4 you go, they should still be good, because you haven't used any time on them. Like a 7 day hopper time limit is only a limit from the first day you actually went to a park. Of course if you only buy a 1 day ticket, then its only good on the day you use it, but it doesn't expire b4 that.

Morning all, Hope everyone got what they wanted!!! Just registering the kidlets into the programs now and filling out the paperwork, makes it all seem so real now.:cool1:  I cannot wait!!!!

Hello! As I put in my other post, I had intended to ask to be moved, but we were doing the cruise with two stops at Castaway Cay and that meant that we were there on Sunday. We had so much fun at CC that I did not make it back on the ship in time to do anything on Sunday. Then, we ended up being very satisfied at Topsiders. At that time, Merkie was eight and I think the two hour meals would have been more than she could handle anyway. It was also our first cruise. We used the extra time to do things on the ship that we probably would not have been able to do if we spent so much time eating. One night, Merkie and her little friend were the only two in the Mickey Pool for almost an hour. I sat with her Mom and talked and now we are still friends two years later.

We love everything Disney and I am sure that this won't be our last Disney cruise. As Merkie gets older, I'm sure she'll want to eat in the restaurants and she'll be mature enough to not care what anyone says to or about her. I hope anyway!

Either way, I'm sure glad you were able to make lemonade out of lemons. In the end, you did the right thing.

Yes, they do expire unless you buy that!!!!!!!!

I have a question. I am the only adult in my party. If I book Palo, do I have to go alone or can I pick someone, say a good Diser friend, to treat to dinner?

Did you say treat??? I'll be your friend :rotfl:

Denine, we were on the Magic Oct 14, 2006 cruise with you!!! We did play tag then too! Where in NE Ohio are you? Steve and I are from there too!

Anyone watching Hannah Montana in 3D tonight? My friends called and asked if the girls could come and watch it on our big screen tv! LOL She said she would call me later to confirm! Colton said, OH Great! Connor said, OH! I may watch that! LOL

Right now we live in North Ridgeville. We have lived in Strongsville and Broadview Heights. I grew up in Solon and DH grew up in Parma.

Denine,

we homeschool our boys as well... what curriculum are you planning to use? In first grade thankfully it doesn't HAVE to be too stressful... lapbooks are a great way to go, unit studies, etc.

Heidi

Cool! We use Calvert and then Horizon's for math.
