We have been to meets by the pool, before the sail away, and deck 10 during sail away. Secret deck 7 is a good place for a group picture outside, depending on the lighting conditions. And of coarse the Atrium inside.
I like the deck 10 starboard side for the sail away party. I still think we should see if we can get the entertainment staff to coordinate us a Buffett Buffet at the Quiet Cove one night!! They were doing it on the trans atlantic's or the med cruises..

I don't know....you will get dozens of "opinions". I think we have a a good plan for sail away unless it rains. We need a rain plan, just in case and I wouldn't have any idea where to do that.

I know the last time when I sailed we had a meet right near the stage so the kids could dance and be up close to all of the action.. It does seem like the meets on the first day are quick since there is soo much going on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
