Speaking of camera's . . . . . . . .

We bought a Sony Cybershot H50 a couple of weeks ago. So far we really like it - except the battery doesn't seem to last very long. We used it a lot and Kayla's birthday party yesterday and the battery ran out towards then end. Still have a ton to figure out. The night vision is pretty cool.

Went to check the front porch for cruise docs. No docs, but there is a box from Talbots!! Looks like my sister may have sent me a birthday present (it was only two weeks ago). She lives in Houston, so I'll give her a break. She may have been "pre" planning for IKE.

Saw the comment about the Ducks beating Purdue on Saturday. Boy that game was killing us. We did everything we could to loose it with five turnovers. Somehow we gritted it out and showed a lot of character.

Of course, a new week and we lost another quarterback. Our qb that was replacing Dennis Dixon tore his ACL again three days before the season started. Now the backup qb has partially tore his MCL in the first overtime of the Purdue game. Our third string qb came in to lead us to victory in the 2nd overtime. He has a ton of talent - but he is a true freshman.

We should be Boise State and Wazzu in the next two weeks. That should put us in the Top 10 when we face USC on the 4th. With a true freshman at qb, we don't like our chances - the Trojans are scary good. BUT, that's why they play the games!!!

You do realize that Boise State is going to win that game don't you?? HAH!

We saw the last quarter and both overtimes on sat. I told rich we had to root for the Ducks We don't care about Purdue 1 way or the other. Good luck against the Trojans. They're always a dang powerhouse. HOpe you don't get killed too badly.

Anyway, I'm outta here for the nght kiddies. Gotta be up b4 the sunshine comes through. Hope i come home to Cruise Docs tomorrow.

ok, i got it. What popped up is just what you found out last night. My camera and the date/time i took the pics. Never noticed that b4. Now I just tried the same thing with Judy's pics from the Wonder and nothing happens.

sure Erika, here it is...
1 and half cups milk
3 eggs
2 tbsp veg. oil
1 cup flour
with blender, beat together milk, eggs, and oil until blended, add flour, blend until smooth. refrigerate covered 30 minutes. To cook, lightly coat non stick frying pan with cooking spray over medium heat until golden brown.

I just got a call from my Mom. They have been without power since 6pm LAST NIGHT. The neighbor called the power co and they "think" they might get them up and running by Thursday! Yikes! I hate to think of all the food that will be wasted. My mom ALWAYS has a full freezer. I told them to come for a visit, that we had power, but she has to work...they have power there!

Off to get the boys in bed....
