I know this is a long way away, but how soon do you think we will be able to make resort reservations surrounding WDWs 50th Anniversary? I don't wanna miss out, and really want to be in Magic Kingdom on that day

I made reservations 6 years out when we wanted to be at MK on New Year's Eve 1999! We booked at All Stars Resort, even though they were not completely built yet - LOL!

What I usually do, and will do it again for 2021, is make a reservation for any date for the current year. Then when they release next year's package deals around July, change the dates and keep on changing till 2021 dates are released and you can book the corrects dates. You can even make payments towards your total price and have your trip paid in full by July, 2020!
