October 07 is Finally here, 2/3 in.

Well, I am finding it harder to keep up with the daily reports, I have hundreds of pix to choose from, resize and upload, and after all day at the parks and HHN, I'm to burnt to post, it's an effort to read and keep up with the 4 boards that I'm on. For instance, we were at the parks and HHN for 11 hours yesterday. I didn't have EPs for HHN tonight with my Frequent Fear pass, and the crowds are supposed to be crazy with some of the schools off tomorrow, so today was a "chill" day. I needed it, boy did I sleep!!!!!! Now I'm rested for my weekend of FOTL and EP at HHN tomorrow night.

We had a great day Tuesday at US and IOA, an awesome Secrets of the Sideshow tour yesterday (70 some pix and my son video taped the whole tour) and a great night at HHN last night. So I'll get all this stuff up for you guys after I get home, cause I'm sure I will have a plethora of pix from the next 3 days to add to it.

To make a brief 2/3 of the way through summary, this trip has been AWESOME!!! As good as I could have thought, I'm already plotting our May trip, and of course, next Oct for HHN18. Anyway, I hope you guys are enjoying my reports so far, and there's more to come!

So here's what I'm going to do. I'm going to try and check in, but I will do a more in depth report when I get home, like the rest of you guys, probably not as good, but a little informative. If anybody has any questions while I'm here, (we're going to the HRH tomorrow until Sunday) post em, and I'll try to get an answer!

We made it to the HRH, Room 2133. Good enough for me, not going to be here much. I had to check my Verizon connection, so I thought I'd do a quick fly by. I could have waited for a park view, but this garden view is fine!

Remember the Simpson's episode where Homer made little Bart a new bed and to make it "special" he shaped the headboard and painted like a clown... a demented, freaky clown??? Bart sat in bed all night repeating, "Can't sleep, clown will eat me. Can't sleep, clown will eat me."

That's a good question, I'll have to try to remember to ask! I love the HRH, only 1 small problem so far. Zak and Sherry are on their 3 set of room keys! Mine has worked since the get go, not sure if this 3rd pair works yet, as they picked them up on the way to the Florida mall, so we'll see.
The weird thing is, Sherry's card opened the door to the hotel near the pool gate???

Took 97 more pix yesterday! This trip report is going to take forever, as I have to dive right back into 70 hour weeks when I get home, but I am actually kinda excited to go through the pix and recall the trip, (looking through the pix is the only way I'll remember anyway!)

HHN was awesome with EP last night, had a blast. Got to sit in the 2nd row center at B&T (I'll explain my "connection" later, I wasn't on a RIP tour, I was just "special" )
Gotta run, heading to the parks and then to the BMG at 8. I feel really good, so I'll be able to have a good time at this show!
One more day, then back to reality

You will be surprised how vividly you can recall your trip just by looking at the pictures.... thank goodness they are in order

Sharon was right, it means not charging. I asked when I got my boarding passes printed (don't I look sad)

We never got the key issue resolved! First, I had a guy from the concierge desk print out a 4th set for Sherry and Zak, and he brought them up and tried them himself, no go, so, a maintenance guy came up and reprogrammed the lock. Still , only my key worked!!! The maintenance guy said it happens sometimes because the locks are 6 years old. They called and said they could change our room, this was last night, and we said don't worry about it, we're leaving tomorrow at 11, so why bother! A minor glitch, no biggie. If it would have been at the beginning of a week long stay, or we knew we weren't going to be doing stuff together for a while, then yeah, I would have taken another room.

This last day stuff is depressing, but we don't have to leave for the airport until about 6, (our flight leaves MCO for Philly at 8:30, obviously we all took tomorrow off from work )so we're going to the parks as soon as we checkout, and use some of that FOTL we missed yesterday. (It started pouring just as we were getting ready to go over!) Uni does need to get on that weather controlling machine

It's been a great vacation, best yet I must say. Now that we've done 10 days, I don't know how we'll be able to do any less from now on
