Octagan shaped Building at Grand Floridian

We rented a boat during our WDW trip and passed this large round or Octagan shaped building that was over the water at GF.Is this a restaurant?

That is one of our favorites. Took us a long time to try it, but we loved it. The butternut squash soup is heaven...
