OCT use year help

I'm still in my 2012 use year right?? So if I borrowed into my 2013 use year and only have XX amount of points and want to plan a 2014 trip. What points will I be able to use? The trip we want to take will be in May of 2014.

May of 2014 would use 2013 points, because it comes before Oct. 1 2014.

If you don't have any 2013 points left, you would have to borrow from 2014. Which is a final transaction.

Once borrowed you can not cancel them and put them back.

Easy method to remember is write out your UY month and the year it begins. Then see where your vacation falls-

October 2012 UY begins Oct. 2012 until Sept. 30, 2013 (banking ends May 31, 2013)


October 2013 UY begins Oct. 2013 until Sept. 30, 2014 (banking ends May 31, 2014)- your desired vacation falls in here
