hi there just wandering how the crowds are from oct 30-nov 5th.
also wandering if mnsshp is afully crowded these last two nights or pretty manageable?? is there any other events going on other than food/wine festival? any input would be appreciated.

I went to MNSSHP Last year in October and it was pretty crowded. BUT...I did it on a friday night and that is the busiest day for any of the parties because most of the floridians go that day! However....the rides were not crowded, it was mostly kids trick or treating on main street but we didn't wait much longer than 5-10 minutes for anything! If you can, pick a night that is not a weekend!

You could do a fireworks cruise or one of disneys special tours! You can check out this website:

Or you can get to it from going to the WDW website and find other recreation.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

thank you so much. i will look into going a little earlier to avoid having to go to the party on a weekend. i should have been more clear on "are there any other events" i was wandering if there were any big conventions, cheerleader etc that would make it more crowded during that time frame.

We went this year (I can still say that for a few more hours:D ) 10/30-11/7. We did MNSSHP on 10/31. The daytime park crowds were great. I was really worried with all the NJ week crowd hype. We walked onto A LOT of rides. We had no more than 10 minute waits for things like TT, M:S, TOT, (we FP for RNRRC), and SpMtn (which was empty because of downpouring rain). As for MNSSHP, personally I'd never do it again on a sold out night. The crowds were awful. First, we had 5pm PS for LTT. Food was great characters so-so. The place was packed. Then we were ushered to Tomorrowland. Way to small a space for that many people. I think EVERYONE showed up early. The ride lines were really manageable. The walkway's were not. Toontown was an absolute zoo. At some points the trick-or-treat lines had at least 150 people in them, I kid you not. It didn't really begin to clear out until after the 2nd parade either. However, it was also a Friday night. I know Disney doesn't disclose how many tickets are sold. I think it's because it is many. I have been at the parks at Easter and the 10/31/03 MNSSHP was just as crowded as that. However, the rest of the trip was great. The weather was hot but low humidity which to me was perfect. The daytime crowds were low. And very little rain!!! The only thing to watch for in adjusting your dates is that the Soap Star weekend are early in Nov. as is NJ week (which I didn't find to be a problem). Also, the PGA tour is near the end of Oct. As is the Food and Wine Festival (throughout parts of Oct & Nov-- which makes for heavier Weekend crowds at Epcot).
