Oct MNSSHP 08 ~ Finally doing a Trip Report after so many months! 20 people

Yes lots of people to try to keep together at least some of the time. My family and bella's family stayed at the boardwalk inn with all the rest staying at the coronado. We booked through Southwest and all got the vacation package, but me and bella got the deluxe dining for our peeps and it sure is a lot of food to try to eat, or let alone be at all the adr's on time.

We had a nonstop flight from Columbus Ohio to Orlando and arrived around noon, I am terribly afraid of flying but I somehow made it alright and we all migrated towards the tram thingy and on to magic express. My line was tiny and short for the Boardwalk and donkey's line was much longer.
We actually got right on our bus and left before her since they had to wait for the second bus for the coronado .

We arrived at the Boardwalk Inn about 1 something and the lobby was beautiful with no lines. I had heard if you ask how much for an upgrade that sometimes you can get a better room for cheap , but I was told I sure could for an extra $640. No upgrade for me!

Our room was quite a walk around corners and hallways and more corners until we finally saw it and I was pleased, it had lots of soft pillows and fluffy comforters like a down, everything was white and green with our own balcony, fridge, a day bed for snotty

and we were next door to Bella.

I had these adr's but we canceled and switched a few due to time, and towards the end we actually dreaded eating we had stuffed ourselves so much the first two days.

We already had our luggage because our yellow ME tags never came so we were able to get into our costumes and head out to our short walk to the world showcase from the BI, went through the baggage check easily and started walking to the left past England and Canada , I don't think I had time to stop , but we did stop in Mexico because we spotted Donald

(snotty dd & her cousin gingi in photo with donkey my sisters dh) We call him gingi because when he talks he sounds just like gingi! And sis dh is called donkey because gingi got mad and named his parents donkey and dragon because he wanted to be puss.

We all had adr's a few minutes apart so of course we all had different tables. It looks like a cute little Inn and has a cold bar set up for everyone to go to before your meal is served with fresh salads, beets, herring, salmon, & some other things I don't remember

I ordered the salmon I think and got snotty a tinkerbell special drink with a glow cube of Tink attached for an extra $6.95. The meal was good, but we were only a few tables away from where the Princess's come out of and it was one after the other Sleeping Beauty ~ Alice and Wonderland ~ Belle (the hostess for our dinner portraits) and Jasmine. I'ts hard to concentrate on your meal when you are worried about taking photo's , so I have learned to try to do both before your food gets cold.

After dinner we all had MNNSHP tickets so we stopped for a few at the Norway Viking ship so the smokers could smoke before leaving Epcot

here is the only photo I took of food I think the whole trip of the desert at Akurshus , and I don't remember except for the school bread what was what

We all left together towards the monorail, but lost most of them along the way except for Bella, tattoo and Dan, We had never gone from Epcot to Mk before and didn't understand that it only took you so far, but we followed the mass crowds to the ferry and took it to the front gates.
It sure looked crowded and was getting dark already, but that was just on Main street and the Castle. I had a very planned out itinerary and had to stop and argue with gable and snotty because I really wanted to try and follow it after all the planning I had done.

I wanted to start in FL and wanted to ride Peter Pan first ~ which was a short 15 min wait. I found donkey and dragon with gingi in the front of the line getting ready to enter their ship . I loved having my family with me, but I loathed waiting for them to catch up, go potty, smoke at every smoking station, get food and sit and rest between each ride. Donkey and her peeps took off and had no mother's or aunts to contend with.

Bella wanted to ride IASW next but most of the others refused so just me, bella snotty and dan rode it, meanwhile tattoo parked dans stroller right in front and not in the stroller corral so it of course was not there and it took 15 or so minutes before we could find it again.

Than they all wanted to go to POTC and I was ok with that, but theres a smoking section right along the way and we had to stop again

There was no line at all, and we rode pirates and it was time to see about the parade already so back towards pecos bill's and the smoking section of course. We met up with Donkey and they had already been on everything in Fl, Potc, Hm and were on there way to get a snack before the parade.

We didn't really know where to go for a good view so we played it safe and stood across from Pecos bills

After the parade , fabulous by the way ! They didn't want to ride sm or tm so we walked towards the hm, and maybe trick or treated a few places, and we had not collected much candy so far since it took up more time and the there were more important things to do.

The hm had maybe a 10 min line and I think it was just me gable and snotty because bella and mileficient were limping and needed to sit down

We really enjoyed the freedom of going and doing with out stalling, but it was short lived and coming out of the hm we ran into everyone who was sitting in fl and the fireworks were starting by now. We just watched it from there even though there were tree's blocking some of it. After the fireworks everyone wanted to call it a night already!
I couldn't believe the party poopers and told them to go on back to the hotel, but I would stay and stroll main street and shop a little and head back in awhile. I really enjoyed being alone and felt guilty, but not so much.

I was looking around, and walking along main street and my phone rings , gable is lost and took the monorail to the ttb (the exact way we came here) and didn't realize he needed to take a bus home to the BI. He was getting loud and excited saying he didn't know how to get back to the MK because the monorail wasn't open and I explained to him how to get back, and how to take the bus home.

I started to head out but stopped to get snacks , I was thrilled at the selection I could have and with the ddp, and gable and snotty never using theirs I was in heaven. I think I got 6 cinnamon rolls, a pepsi, and god knows what else before I got another call from my husband telling me he had to find someone to start the monorail for him to go to mk, and he was waiting for the second bus since the first one was standing room only and snotty was asleep. I left at this time and they were still standing at the bus waiting, we were just about the only ones left except a few people and after waiting 10 more minutes and watching empty buses pass us by, a kind bus driver going to the cbr told us to get on and he would take us home.

It was after 1am when we dragged into our room. Snotty didn't wake up all the way home and Gable's arm was hurting from carrying her that long.

we fell asleep to that channel that talks about all the sights and things to do in disney (I forget her name) Funny but I didn't want to watch anything else the whole time I was there!

I woke up early and went to get coffee down the hall at the small snack nook (forget it's name) and went back to wake up the others who were snoring and sleeping away. We had 8:20 am adr's at Spoodles. We arrived on time and this was the first chance to really see the boardwalk in daylight and it was very nice with many gift shops and restaraunts, along the water. We were given buzzers and went back out to the boardwalk to watch the ducks until we were buzzed in about 10 minutes.

I ordered a pressed pot coffee (yummy and fresh) and french toast, with bacon and I don't remember what the others got, except I do remember tattoo ordering dan his own bacon, his own juice , his own plate of food and thought since he was under 3 he didn't purchase the dp so she would be charged for these things, but I assumed she knew since she orders him large plates all the time . She didn't and there was a bit of a riff about the bill and the server ended up taking it off , but Tattoo should have known

I enjoyed my Breakfast very much ~ I remember you can order smoothies as your snack too!

We took the boat to Epcot and we were there in like 5 minutes and went straight to soaring which was almost a walk on, we had never rode this so I didn't know what to expect but we all loved it and snotty was so thrilled with this ride we got fast passes before leaving.
Bella and Tattoo didn't ride this with us and instead went to see the characters. We went to the living seas next and rode nemo and walked around the inside for awhile looking at the fish and we skipped crush for some reason

Dragon and all the rest were somewhere in the park , but they did there own thing. We all had lunch reservations at Le Celler at noon so I knew we'd see her there.

We went back on soaring with our fp and sent Dean over to get test track fast passes for the 4 of us because bella , tattoo didn't want to ride it.
Once he came back we started heading to Le cellier a little early and looked around Canada a bit before going in.

If your paying attention you haven't seen me mention much of some of our party yet, well that's because dragon was usually with my mother since they stayed at the same hotel and dragons children were running the parks with little family bonding. Also my brother slowpoke and his family are not coming until Friday afternoon because they live in fl near Inverness and she didn't want the kids to miss 2 day's of school...

next up Le Cellier and Test Track for the first time

We were pretty much seated right away near the fireplace , but we were still not very hungry from our Spoodles breakfast. I did order some sort of blue glowing drink with alcohol which I never do. Our order was taken and the bread come out along with our appetizers.
I had read that the pretzel stick bread was wonderful so I selected that out of the basket first and didn't really care for it as much as I expected to. The cheese soup was very good though. Around this time the others (Donkey and Bella) were seated close to our table.

I had ordered the Le Cellier Mushroom Fillet Mignon but was already getting quite full by the time it arrived (beware of the deluxe dining plan). It was really really good but we all ended up getting to go deserts (which didn't hold up well in the epcot locker for the rest of the day) and they were ruined!

We left and went to test track next but it started raining , we did have our fast passes and as we were in the fp line they made an announcement that if the rain got any worse they would have to shut down tt until further notice. We stayed in line mostly because all the other people stayed in line and I figured they knew more than us. We made it ok without any shut downs within the next 15 minutes. I really enjoyed this ride and so did the rest. We all went on Maelstrom next and it was a pleasant surprise to us all, snotty loved it. We looked in the gift shop a bit, and then explored Mexico and rode that little boat ride.

I believe we split up at this point and snotty, gable and dean went to FW, while I got to explore the Worlds by myself. I love the ws but have never had too much time to really see them all. I started in Norway and got to about Italy before my phone rang...

It was my brother slowpoke who had just arrived after the kids got out of school that day. He was eating at Tappan edo with Maleficient for lunch (they couldn't eat with us at Le Cellier) and after a few minutes of light conversation I wanted off the phone, but he kept talking about the ridiculous notion of going to some bar that night to see some band playing and on and on .... I certainly wasn't leaving my plans on the wayside to entertain his idea to go to a bar. I politely cut his conversation short and somehow managed to get off the phone.

During the phone conversation I somehow managed to walk past 2 or 3 countries without seeing them.

At this point I was at the Kaki gori cart and it appeared that it was not open, but the lady was in back and I ordered one, don't remember which one , but it was very nice.

I continued my solo walk around the worlds and the phone rang again and it was (my brother slowpoke) who wanted me to wait for them because they were just finishing up at Tappan Edo .
I looked around the shops close to them, and then made it to Morocco and looked around but still no slowpoke. I sat near Morocco on the bench and waited wasting precious time. After another 20 minutes I see them coming and found out it was taking so long because slowpoke ordered things not included on the dining plan, and the bill was all messed up. And in addition to all this slowpoke was several hours late and they almost lost their adr , but instead they had to wait 30 for a table.

I love my brother but.....(That's the way it always is with him, he always late, or slow, or doesn't want what you have, always something else, always somewhere else.....
What he did was order all these sushi type items separately which cause the bill mixup.
We saw Aladdin and Jasmine and I ask if they wanted to get their children in the short line, but they said it was to long and wanted to sit around on the bench.

So after sitting and talking with them for the better part of an hour It was about time to leave to go back to the BI to get ready for the aloha show later on. I was happy to have an excuse to leave and get on with it.

We all met back up to get ready, including my Aunt Bella's family for the "Spirit of Aloha" 8pm show.

I got my family ready and went to check on them but it seems there was a argument between Tattoo and Bella over Dan dumping makeup and such all over the room while Tattoo was at the pool and Bella was napping with Dan.

I guess Dan got up and made a huge mess and it escalated to an argument and threats of leaving on the next plane home etc... I told them it was a very expensive vacation to just leave in the middle and to kiss and make up.

They reluctantly got their costumes on and followed me to the bus to the Magic Kingdom. I need to add that there was the cutest loudest party going on , on the Boardwalk and in the lawn of the BI, they had a DJ and hip hop music with about a hundred princess's dancing along with trick or treating and games. I wish I had known about this, I would have stayed there instead of leaving for the night!

We were running a little late because of the bickering and didn't get to the poly until the show was starting, and for those of you that have been there it is quite a trek to the theater but it turned out ok once we were seated and caught our breath from nearly running .
The food was good, platters of roasted chicken, ribs , rice. We were seated at the extreme last row to the right of the stage and I couldn't see unless I sat turned completely the other way so I didn't watch the show for the most part. I did order those dorky coconut head drinks along with the rest of the adults. When it was time for desert they played the theme of Hawaii 5 o" and brought out this chocolate mouse volcano!
Snotty and Dan fell asleep in their seats and it was sort of hard getting back home with 2 sleeping children being carried, the stroller, and the 4 coconut heads on the crowded bus while standing since we were leaving about the same time the MNNSHP was ending so it was packed.

I was very happy to reach the room and climb into the bed .

Well when I woke up on Saturday morning I had a headache and felt drained from going nonstop open to closing of the parks so we called to cancel Cape May and relaxed for a few hours until the whole family was to meet at 1900 for a late breakfast.

The rest of the family had been at MK all morning except slowpoke who was sleeping in, and Maleficient had already purchased one of her grandchildren a Disney Minnie Mouse Dress which you see in the above photo.

This would have been fine but Gingi was there and he wanted something too, but didn't get it so there was jealously starting today between some of the grandchildren.

We had several tables , like 4 or 5 in weird numbers so it was a little hard getting situated so that the parents were with their children but we figured it out and no sooner than we sat down characters started coming around to our table. I had not even had a chance to get a cup of coffee yet, but stayed around to take photo's of pooh , Mary Poppins, Alice and Wonderland and the Mad Hatter and I think Tigger.

I managed to make it up to the buffet but it was the last seating of breakfast and some of the items were pretty picked over by now and weren't being replaced so I probably didn't eat a whole lot at this meal which was a good thing since we had felt gorged the day before. Dragon lost her camera here and didn't realize it until they had left. They did call the GF and left their phone number but it was never found.

You'll notice a pattern starting now that slowpoke had arrived being that my mother maleficient was always with them and started showing favoritism. She just can't help herself in this matter I guess since they live in Fl and she doesn't get to see them as much. She also paid for there family only to add to it since they don't have the money. We accept it as best as we can but it's always in the back of our heads.

I went to the MK next but some of the others went to mgm and some of them went home to swim and relax.

I ended up with my family, bella's family and maleficient along with slowpoke's peeps.

We entered and made our way to the right towards the Aladdin's Magic Carpet Ride but had to stop at the bathroom for Dan and Kate, as I've said it can be very slow with so many people you are trying to keep together.

Finally got going again and most of us rode Aladdin first

Next Bella wanted to see the tiki birds but absolutely couldn't get anyone else to go with her so she took snotty and dan and the rest of us got into the Jungle cruise line and waited and waited about 30 or 40 minutes in the hot sun. I don't know why , but it was the longest line of the whole trip .

We tried to go on potc next still all together but while we were entering fussy told slowpoke to go park the stroller and no one noticed that he didn't come back in time and we somehow rode the entire ride without him...
He was standing outside waiting on us when we came out of the gift shop angry and saying dirty words along with threatening to leave and go home!

I felt it best to loose him before something bad happened so we did just that by not waiting for them as they rode potc again to make him happy.

We went to get fp for splash and went to fl next . We went into mickey's philharmonic for the first time and really enjoyed it. My phone started ringing while in the show, so I turned off the sound. (it was slowpoke)

Next my child wanted to ride dumbo so gable took her into the line, and I went to the little shops near the castle to look.

I took some photo's of the castle and such and went back to see how they were coming along. It was about a 20 min wait and we ran into tattoo as well already on dumbo with dan.

It started to rain just as snotty and gable got on dumbo so I didn't take a photo. We rode the pooh ride and than me and snotty went on the tea cups , but not gable since it bothers his tummy.

Those were taken in order so you can see her different reactions to the tea cup ride, she has never been here before so everything is new to her.

I think we went to tl next in the rain and got on Tomorrowland Transit Authority and then Buzz (but had to wait about 15 min)

Snotty rode with me but didn't want to, she always wants to be with her dad but I guess she felt sorry for me.

We stopped and bought some gifts outside buzz for most of the kids and had them sent back to our hotel. (really nice perk by the way)

It was time to use our sm fp now so with it still raining we went right on and snotty loved it. I was worried since this would be the biggest ride yet she has been on.

I guess we missed the parade but nothing can beat the boo to you parade we had seen at the party so it was fine with me.

We had a 6:35 appointment at the BBB and we waited on the side of the castle for a bit on the landing overlooking the hub with some of the family who we found (probably because that is the smoking section in FL)
Maleficient had a wheelchair because she wore the wrong shoes and was limping and slowpoke's children were with her because he thought it best if he and fussy left to go to a concert on pleasure I and ask if she would babysit them.
We went to check in and were told to pick out a dress and shoes (I paid for the castle one which includes everything plus it came with a photo shoot in exhibition hall for 5 poses I think.
In about 10 minutes they told her to go change into her dress and then they took her to her seat. She had picked a pink hair piece and they started combing her hair back into a ponytail which took a very long time since her hair had been rained on, and blown around all day.

We were one of the last ones left by the time she had this pink cotton candy ball attached to her head, but she loved it and did look like a princess

We had about 30 minutes to wait until we could check in the crt so we met the rest of the family minus slowpoke on the side platform of the castle who were all still sitting there after all this time

We didn't have time to get the photo package done until after we ate so we waited until it was within 15 minutes till our adr and I went to check in , but was told to come back in 5 minutes .. I had trouble getting back out to where the rest of the family was because they had roped off the castle exit leading to fl for the fireworks and she actually wasn't going to let me out!

So in about 5 min we went back to the check in (ducking under the rope and they took our name and told us to go in to take our photo with cindy

Cindy looked so much like I would picture Cinderella to be and was very sweet while they chatted a few moments
We only had a few minutes until our name was called and we walked up the stairs to be seated

I thought the dinning room was very pretty and a unique place to eat, our table was about in the center for the 4 of us and a lot of the servers looked rushed and tired.
I ordered the Crab Soup with sour cream & chives. & Roasted Prime Rib of Beef with Grilled asparagus with the Chocolate Cream Cheese Buckle with Chocolate ice cream.

All of the food was very good and came out very fast (as stated they seemed to be in a rush. I was very tired and it was after 9pm by the time we were eating so I felt out of my element plus the fact we weren't all that hungry eating such grand meals

The Godmother came out and whirled around the tables along with the 2 mice ~ and the fireworks were going off now and it made beautiful color splashes through the stained glass windows across the room as we finished our dessert

We left and were on our way to get the photo shoot right after the fireworks let out so it was wall to wall people all the way there, we stopped to take this photo of snotty who was actually skipping down main street in her new princess shoes

It was very busy in EH but not back where they take the shoots, it was almost 10pm by now and she was tired but some of the photo's were very cute that he took
I believe we walked back towards the hub for spectro magic and they sat in front of the castle and I sat on a bench near the walt and mickey statue. I had never seen this and it was so pretty and you couldn't beat the weather, about 70 with a slight breeze
Dragon was spotted and she had just been selected for a dream while they were in line at one of the counter service restaurants! They took her and all her family to a table overlooking the fireworks and took there order from their seats, brought them condiments, drinks etc... and didn't charge there cards for this. That was cool!

On the way down main street I saw maleficent again with the kids and they had been awarded a dream as well sort of?
Picky had been sitting in the wheelchair while she was smoking in the nearby area and the cast members roped him off in his own special viewing area to watch the parade, so when she went back to him he was in the wheelchair all roped off eating cotton candy that they also brought him. I don't know if they thought it was his wheelchair or what, but as far as I know he never said it wasn't his wheelchair or anything along those lines.

We shopped a little at this point since we wouldn't be back to the mk and I went to the bakery to use some of the 20 snack credits we had left
I also went to pick up her photo package which is where the huge line came in to pick them out, this must of took 30 alone!
We all met back at the smoking section near the exit and just as I was approaching them I saw the porker holding kate in one hand, along with all these bags grab picky with his other hand just as he was rolling backwards over a curb in the wheelchair.
He caught him in the nik of time before that child would have been hurt. You see the porker has a serious eye condition that has left him legally blind and he can only see a little so I have to hand it to him on his quick reaction time.

We left a little after they closed and were so exhausted , snotty fell asleep again on the bus ride home and had to be carried all the way back to the hotel room.

Next up the Animal Kingdom and Epcot on our last day​

We didn't make it for our 8:30am Boma Reservations because they didn't have anything later when we called, so we just decided to see who could take us if we got hungry later and arrived at the park a little after opening.

I was very impressed as we started walking around to the right and it was peaceful and our first ride was it's a bugs life. We all thought it was cute except Dean who is terribly afraid of spiders and let out a girlish scream that surprised even him when they crawled on his back.

We went to get fast passes for EE next and I have never rode this so I was a little nervous. We got something to drink and sat in this little outside courtyard that had ducks that had no problem getting all up in your business and one actually nipped a little girl while we were there.

We actually sat there quite a bit and we were a little hungry so we went around the corner to Yak & Yeti to see if they could take us, which they told us to come back at exactly 11am and they could.
It was like 10.40 so we walked up a ways to watch EE for awhile and went back at 11 not knowing what to expect since I had not planned on eating there. We ate upstairs on the window seat in the right corner and could see the whole walkway and some of the water which was so nice

I must say it is so colorful and amusing to eat in there, I ordered this and split it with everyone, I really liked the pot stickets the best

Our waiter was nice and took awhile to bring the tea I ordered, It came in this big heavy cast iron pot and it was just what I needed to relax after several packed days

I then ordered this Crispy Mahi Mahi - Filet of mahi mahi, Japanese bread crumbs, Cantonese sweet and sour sauce, jasmine rice and stir-fried veggies. - $20.99
and I wasn't terribly hungry but it was so good I managed to eat most of it,
for desert I had this
Fried Wontons - Skewers of fresh pineapple and cream cheese wontons with vanilla ice cream and honey vanilla drizzle. - $7.99

and they were so good that this is what I think about when I remember all the food we ate!
We left out of there and went right to EE to use our pass, I went with Dean first and Gable stayed outside with snotty, I was so very nervous since it looked to intimidating to me, but I did really love it even though my eyes were closed for most of it.
When we came out Dean went again with Gable .

We then went on Kali rapids while it was raining, but I had my rain slicker on and so did snotty, Dean not only wore his slicker I had brought but he also tried to take his shoes off and hide them in the cubby (you know how teenagers protect there sneakers). Me and snotty didn't really get all that wet, but it seemed to gush all over the boy's and Dean may have taken off his shoes, but not his socks, so he was drenched.

I think we than made our way to dinosaur and stood in line since we had gotten another fast pass set once we got off EE, it was about 20 minutes and again I closed my eyes during most of it! I need to stop doing that.

I knew Dragon and the rest were all here today as well so I called her to see where she was and was told that Slowpoke wouldn't wake up so they left without him and he just arrived about noon & (driving his own truck for some reason) and was mad that they had already been on EE without him .

Funny thing about the EE ride they all took, they knew Maleficent wouldn't ride this so they tricked her and told her it was a train ride around the animals and she likes trains so on she went. I heard she screamed and yelled at the family all through the ride saying they were trying to kill her.
I couldn't believe they did that to her.

I think I left off as we were headed to the safari ride, I called my mother on the cell to see where they were and to see if they wanted to meet us but

(Surprise ! )

Slowpoke wouldn't get out of bed and get on the bus with the rest of them at rope drop, and he just got to the park and wanted to ride the rides they had already been on and he was angry and not making things easy for her

She said they were already in line for the safari and would meet us once we were done riding it near the Flame Tree tables.
We didn't get a fast pass, but the wait wasn't so bad. It was ok, but for some reason I didn't love it.
We headed towards the others at the Flame Tree and once we got to them they were all ready to leave already and head over to Epcot for the rest of the night. But they had to wait on Slowpoke who walked over to wait in the EE line, and we said we'd wait with them.
Actually Dragon and her family were not with us, they escaped earlier from the constant waiting and were over at Camp Mickey (I think that's it's name)

and Bella , Tattoo and Dan never came with us to AK that morning, they went back to the MK for the Day and would meet us for dinner at the Rose and Crown around 7.30 for our adr's.
We waited and waited for Slowpoke to come back but it took a good hour for him to appear. We just wandered around the shops a little and the kids played with the ducks .
We finally saw him and he actually expected us to go back to ride Dinosaur again since he missed it! no one wanted to go with him except picky so they went to ride, as we all left on the epcot bus to head over.

We weren't expecting to have an Epcot bus available at the AK but there was , so we got on and it was soooo crowded! We stood all the way there and it was hard to not knock people with your body with the AK bags and such. We got there about 5 or so and had a couple hours until our adr at the Rose & Crown, so Gable and Snotty went to ride soaring (90 min they waited) and I walked a bit in the worlds. I ended up in England right on time and waited by the front desk to watch out for the others as they came.

Half of the family had adr's at Chefs and no one was here as the adr was up, so I went to get my beeper alone and when they found out some of the party wasn't there they said to wait until they all arrived to get a pager.
About 10 minutes later Bella, Tattoo and Dan came rushing up , sweating and out of breath saying they stayed too long at the Mk , and Gable and Snotty were still missing. I called on the cell but they didn't answer.

About 5 minutes later I saw them running towards us and also out of breath. Again I can't stress enough about the deluxe dining plan sometimes being too much to handle and let you see the parks! They had just gotten off Soaring and had no time left to get to us .

We all went up to get out beeper 20 min late or so, and we then had to wait another 20 min before we were sat. They sat us outside at one big table and we mostly ordered the fish and chips of course.
I thought it could have been better after all the the great reviews over the fish. I think it was sitting too long waiting for someone to order it.

Also we didn't have the best service and had long time periods before we saw our waiter.
He was told we were on the deluxe dining plan, but after waiting about 15 min after we were all done eating for him to come back , he had already rung up out bill without any desert, and seemed put out when we ask for the desert menu's to order them. He left again and finally brought out our deserts (very, very good! , sticky toffee pudding!, but not the check.
So after awhile we had to go in and find him to get our check and it was wrong so off he went again to try to correct it for us, and again seemed put out.

By the time we paid and left him a good tip regardless of the problems it was illuminations time.
Gable and Snotty, as well as Bella Tattoo and Dan all said they were tired and they were going to walk back to the BI to rest. I was left alone right before the fireworks and just couldn't tear myself away to go with them.
I located my sister , my mother, my brother and the rest of them near Mexico at the smoking section bench to watch ill with them.

Right when it was starting picky said he had to go to the restroom!

From what I've read here on the Dis they all wait until the warning booms to need to go.

Slowpoke took him to the nearby gift shop that must of had a restroom and never made it back during the entire show! After it was over some of them made a beeline for the buses back to the CS to head out, but Fussy who was carrying Kate who had fallen asleep had to locate Slowpoke first so I went with her and found him looking at pins for picky.

He was obsessed with finding him some pirate pin that he wanted and after a brief argument Fussy started walking to the bus still carrying Kate, and told him to hurry up! I watched my brother stall around, wait in a long line just to ask the cm if they had this special pin in the back? Then bother the cm to ask her to call downtown
Disney to see if they had it and he was just ridiculous

Meanwhile his cell phone rang and of course it was Fussy telling him to come on before he missed the bus! I begged my brother to go on and he was still adamant on finding this pin, so he waits in the line again to ask the phone number to Downtown Disney and I know they thought he was crazy, but they managed to come up with one, and while he was calling the number Fussy was beeping in and he couldn't hear what the person was saying. and then the cell phone dies......

It's like 10pm and they closed at 9pm but I was trying to make sure he left and got to the bus stop, I felt sorry for Fussy holding that sleeping child alone and him acting like if he didn't find this stupid pin all would be lost. Also might I add that they live in Inverness Fl, so they had to get the kids in bed for an extra early drive back home in the morning to make it to school in time!

He ask to borrow my cell to tell Fussy he was heading out, but that he wanted to drive over to Downtown Disney when they got back to find the pin. Unbelievable....

I said goodbye to him, and he did start walking out with picky, but I had gotten no further than Canada when my cell rang and it was Fussy saying he had never come out of Epcot and she couldn't get back in and can I find him? I was just steps from my exit to walk out to the Boardwalk so I told a white lie , and said I was already outside of the turnstile and couldn't get back in myself. I just didn't want to deal with him anymore and I honestly needed to go back and start packing everything for the flight the next day anyway. I stayed on the phone for 10 minutes talking to her and telling her how sorry I was for his behavior , and he still had not showed up by the time I got off the phone.

I hoped it all worked out for the best with the pin problem, and hoped fussy got kate on the cp bus alright but soon tried to forget about it and get my mind on packing and the plane tomorrow

I was so tired and when I reached the room (down the long hallway, leading to another long hallway and so on .... I saw snotty in my place in the bed with everyone of her toys with her ~ I had to pick dozens of tiny little polly pocket sized princesses out of the bed along with all the treasures we had bought her on this trip!

I carried her to her bed, and went to sleep myself without packing anything much.
At 2am I was woken up to snotty crying that her ears were hurting, I had been through this dozens of times before, but never in Disney in the middle of the night!
I really didn't have anything to give her so I called the front desk to see if they could help.
They said they would open the small gift shop for me to purchase some children's medicine , but if I wanted to call the Dr. to come to the room I could do that also. I decided to see if the medicine would help her before thinking of a house call and she did fall asleep within a half hour so no Dr.
I will complete this report the next time since I need to go pick snotty up from school.

This is the last installment for me, but we leave for Disney on September 30th!
Snotty slept all night, and her ear problem magically went away with the children's medicine I purchased for her in the middle of the night. We woke up and packed everything away by about 9 or so am and took our luggage to hold for us until ME was to pick us up around noon.
We all had one or more credits left so we walked to spoodles once more and had our last meal at Disney. I had over 15 snack credits left so I went to the bakery and used them all up on what I could take on the plane and after our meal we just hung out around the BW and as shopped some in the stores. I bought a pair of those expensive flannel Mickey pajama pants and the clerk left the die clip on them and of course I didn't notice until I got home. You absolutely can't get it off without die skirting all over the place and some did get on the pants and me, but what could I do?
My child was still clutching her balloon as the ME pulled in to pick us up, I was trying to talk her into giving it to another child that was around, but the tears started coming out and the fits, so just as I was about to take it from her since it was our turn to step onto the bus, she snatched her balloon away from my reach and it popped on the hot metal bus scarring everyone (sounded like a gun shot). She cried half the way there and I can't say our mood was much better. The plane was on time, and we had an uneventful trip back home to Columbus, Ohio. I don't think anyone read my trip report but I can go back and relive it and say I finished it.

Well, I really enjoyed your trip report! At one point, all of my family (they are locals) were coming to Disney to see me... now it is only one of my siblings for a day and I have to say I am relieved. You did very well to plan all of that for everyone! I hope you do a trip report for your Sept 30 trip too!
