Oct meet anyone? Weds 26th, 6pm DTD Margarita bar :)

Any last minute flight bargains for the weekend? Our Esta's are still good and you did say "Margerita ...." ;)

Glad I booked a couple of weeks ago and didn't leave it any longer. Prices have gone silly, hope no-one is holding out for a deal. We paid £490pp similar timed flights now are £852 with exact same flights at £1,005pp
I considered holding out for a package deal with Thomsons as they are far better direct from MAN to SFB instead of trailing to London but they have gone up from £650 to £706, they must be short of availabilty to increase price so close.
I think the days of Late deals have just about gone for school hols. :sad1:

A shame that - I still have my suitcases in the spare room with stuff in them so that would have saved me a trip into the loft! I notice prices are much more this year than last year. I got an early booking in for last year's flights but it's not looking anything near those prices in the dates running up to them for next year :scared1: In fact, looking at the difference between first class and economy it almost makes sense to bite the bullet and do it properly :lmao:

Thats why we flew Biz class last August, paid £1,170pp, on the day we booked VA wanted £1,300pp in economy. indirect were around £800pp

Similar to what I saw. Econo coming in at 850 (should go down as the later dates open up) and First Class at 1100 and some change. Would be stupid to pay for econo unless they dropped drastically and 1st Class stayed the same or went up

Besides, you know that it only takes one taste of comfort to ruin you .... :rotfl: DD experienced the first economy flight in her memory last October and stood in the cabin before getting into her seat and announcing as loudly and tactlessly as kids do "WOW! Why are there so many seats so close together on this plane?" Me: "SSSHHHHHHHHH!" Lol
