Oct. 2018 Events That Would Disrupt Park Plans?

I was in charge of planning for our party of 11 for our Nov. 2 - 11 trip and I failed to factor in a series of foot races that took place the first few days in Nov. They didn't ruin my plans but they did have a slight, negative impact. We're going Oct. 18 - 27 next year, is there anyway to find out if there's anything going on then that we need to plan around? I know about the Halloween stuff, just need to know about anything outside of the ordinary.

Just not so scary and food and wine
The wine and Dine race weekend starts November 1st so your back end may have some runners who arrived early but not so many that would overwhelmingly impact crowds
