I am heading down in October 2010...I have yet to recieve an offer in the mail/email...How long should i anticipate an offer being sent to me? This would be my 12th time heading down...I cant seem to get anywhere with the people on the phone...In the past, the vacation planners would tell me if there was a pin attached to my name...Any and all help would be great!

At any time you could get an offer. I've gotten offers AFTER I've booked. Also be on the lookout for general public offers; you can always go back and update your ressie with a new offer (provided resort & date availability).

I called yesterday to see if I had a Pin attached to my name and the CM told me that lately they have not been able to see if there is a Pin attached. She looked me up and there was no Pin; but I know I have one, just not one I can use.
