We are booked on the T-Giving 2016 cruise to the Eastern Carrib.
We were thinking to switch to the Oct Western Carrib leaving Oct 1.

We were thinking of pulling our kids out of school as they already have a few days off that week for religious holidays. We're thinking it might be less crowded and it is $2K less expensive (although this isn't really the deciding factor).

Thoughts on making the change? My concerns/questions:
1. Oct is more in the middle of hurricane season. The weather could be an issue.
2. The T-Giving cruise is a Merrytime cruise will we regret missing this?
3. Will it be much less crowded?

Hi there,

We had a similar issue booking early November vs. Thanksgiving week. We decided it would likely be a little less crowded and possibly a little cheaper for airflights/hotels if we went early November rather than Thanksgiving week.

In your particular case, I think you'd have a Halloween-themed cruise, right? That might be fun.

Re: weather...Castaway will likely be warmer in October (since it's in the Bahamas).

$2k is a lot of money, you could use that on your next cruise!

Either way, it's a win...you're going on a Disney cruise! Good luck with your choice and have an amazing vacation.

Happy planning!
