Hi everybody,

wow, amazing the amounts of snow some of you have had to deal with! The worst thing here in Europe at the moment is not the snow but the ice - our road outside our driceway has frozen solid in waves of ice after all these weeks of cold, and every drive out of our driveway means sliding up and down the ice. I cannot remember any winter this consistently cold and icy since I was little - I hope there will be an end to it sometime soon!

Happy Monday! I am on a training call and thought I would do something more interesting. We are expecting 6 inches of snow in the next few days. I will be working from home this week. I do not want to be one of those crazy people on the roads.

Hope you guys had a great weekend. Nancy and I spent yesterday afternoon at two different Hockey Games of our Grandson. Left home around 1 PM got ehome around 7:30 Pm jjust in time to watch 2nd half of football.

We people here in the State of Maine are beginning to see bare ground. We might have 3 inches left on the ground

The ice is worse than the snow. We are just south enough that we normally get ice but today I woke up to 8 inches of snow. I am workung from home today in my fuzzy slippers.

I am having problems with my computer. I think they have it fixed. We have been so busy with basketball at the high school. They are not having a very good season this year but they will get better.

This weather is taking a toll on TOmmy. He said last night this was going to be more snow than they predicted. His joints are a better way to predict the weather than all of the fancy equipment. We can not wait to go south in a month.
