TV nearly all sorted, sound system guys are in tomorrow for the surround sound etc.
Electrician in too, to do all the power ! Boys with their toys! We apparently NEED, a Woofer???? 4 surround speakers, an amp, and an over speaker ????? plus Sky box for sky TV than records on to a hard drive? and X box , DVD player and of course the old faithfull video player !!!!

Soooooooooooooooo if any of you catch Wayne moaning about my bar bill, ask him about his toys! ( mind you secretly Im quite excited too, and Lost will be fab with all this gear! ............ but dont tell him that )

What sad news about Steve Erwin (sp?) dying from a sting ray sting to the heart.

I enjoyed his animal programmes very much. I alway thought if anything happened it would be with a croc or snake, not a sting ray.

How very sad, he was only 44, with a wife and 2 small kids.

It is very sad news Linda, like you I thought if anything ever happened it would be a snake or croc , and then a stingray - its a big shock.

I wasn't too fussed on his progreammes to be honest, but Ian enjoyed them very much.

Jules did you have a good weekend?
We are UP TO OUR EYES in plaster and building stuff, as Wayne plasters and then paints the lounge wall. The TV is in, but the speakers took longer to get, so the guys are around this week to fit, I hope!
The house is in such a mess!

I am trying to gather holiday bits together now and put in the spare bedroom. But Elouise had such a bad cough last night, she climbed in bed with us, after 2 hours of being coughed at in the ear. I gave up and climbed in the spare bed! Wayne slept through it all! . We had a super king size bed, but Elouise sleeps like a star fish, and hogs all the space

Poor Ellie how is she feeling today ? I cant say anything Ian says that I sleep like a starfish too !!

I was so sad to hear of Steve Irwins death! I never really watched his shows but I thought he was a nice and funny man and he came on Regis & Kelly often - a talk show I do watch sometimes. His daughter is adorable.

On a much happier and exciting note...Jacob and I had sent a wedding invitation to Mickey & Minnie Mouse....and when Jacob checked his mail today we found a big thick envelope addressed to us from Disney...opened it up and it was a glossy 8x10 picture of Mickey & Minnie in front of Sleeping Beauty's Castle and signed Best Wishes Jacob & Kelly and then signed Mickey & Minnie Mouse. So cool! I'll post a picture of it tomorrow.

Hi everyone, I am back from the Keys. I am very tired as we got home about midnight last night. It was a fun and kind of crazy trip, Hmm a mini trip report, Okay

Cast- Me, Alie, DH(Ron), DBIL, DSisIL, and Future inlaws ( My sons future MIL, FIL, and SisIL) and all three familys dogs!

Met at my house at 8 am Friday and I cooked a big breakfast for all, hit the road about 9. Stopped at a nice outdoor restraunt called Alabama Jacks in Key Largo. Yummy conch fritters mmmmmm. Stopped at Islamorada for seafood supplies to take to the condo. Finnaly arrived about 5:30. The condo was kind of run down from the outside but inside was beautiful and the veiws were awsome. Went out for a nice dinner and walked around Duval Street.

Sat. Went to the Southern most point for pics. Climbed the light house and visited a couple of museums. (I picked up a little something for Captain Elouise Hook at the Pirate Museum) The hightlight of the trip was the sunset Catamaran cruise Beautiful

Sun. Took Alie and Crystal (DS's FSisIL) parasailing and had a pick-nick on the beach. It was raining all morning so we went back to the codo to relax for awhile. spent another evening on duval street and checked out the street performers on Mallory Square.

Mon. Went to a very pretty State park I can't remember the name of and Ron and I went snorkling. Right when we finished a big thunderstorm hit and we got on the raod. Traffic was really bad so we stopped again in Islamorada and had a long leisurly early dinner and a few drinks. Got back on the road about 5:30 and went home.

I have alot of pictures but have not downloaded them yet.
