Thank you.
That gave me something to do this morning.
Now I guess I need to actually do some work.![]()
What is this work thing of which you speak?

Thank you.

You had me in panic mode! For a minute I thought that I was supposed to be making dining reservations etc. I thought that I had missed my date and being what a scheduler I am it really sent me in a tizzy! Now I realize that my date is July 15th because I am a silver castaway member. This is my first time being able to make reservations as a silver member and I want to take advantage of that. I had trouble getting Palo reservations on the last (our first) cruise. That was on a different ship and Palo is much smaller on the Wonder. We did end up getting reservations but not at the same time as our friends. Time to start planning!
Yes, I am still interested in a pre-pre-cruise meet in Colorado. After the kids go back to school sounds great! The other family that we are cruising with (The Prehm's) are also interested. What should we bring? Cruise food or Disney food? It will be fun!

Cruise food and Disney food?![]()

It's been too long since I was on the ship! I can only remember shrimp cocktails and Palo pizza for cruise food! Oh and Mickey bars of course! Those would be really difficult to duplicate though. I do have the recipe for Konk Koolers!![]()
Not as difficult as you think, I've got a mickey head cookie cutter! We'd just need popsicle sticks and magic shell or something! Maybe the frozen banana chocolate?
We can also just stick to cookout food. That might be easier!

How about cookout food with some touch of Disney that will get us thinking about the cruise? Pluto's hot dogs does double duty!
myfamilyluvs2cruise is from Lone Tree and I haven't heard if they were interested in joining us. They are on a cruise right now and haven't been on lately. I'm sure they will be back on soon.

So, our big news for the weekend? We came home with a new puppy today! We lost our 15 year old lab at the beginning of June, and today we got a 7 week old yellow lab (who's napping right now... so cute!)![]()

I hope they'll check back, and want to join us!

Thanks BabyBurritto & Shadowryter for being great leaders
I haven't been on since September, and I'm trying to read & catch up on everything. I'm not really a "DISer" and have been super busy and unable to get on this thread. Sorry to see Jill leave! A huge WELCOME to all the new folksThanks BabyBurritto & Shadowryter for being great leaders
Yes, I would like a couple of the rubber bracelets. Great idea.
I agree that a meet should not be the first day. Too much going on to also try & get with everyone.
I'm an overplanner also! And I love to decorate my door. I have so many magnets that I have to rotate them & even have a magnet that says 'magnets subject to change daily' Yes, I'm CDO (that's OCD but with the letters in alphabetical order the way they should be)
Besides for meeting great Disney fans, I mainly do dis because of the FE game. I love it! Always participate. I plan on however many people there are & then make a few extra in case someone wants to join after the cut-off date. This way they won't be completely left out if one or two of us has extra goodies. I like a 30-day cut-off myself. I make one gift for the cabin & then each 'kid' 18 & under gets their own gift. On a couple of my previous DCL cruises I made a doc for distributing FE gifts. It is a deck plan of the ship with the cabins marked on it for those playing. This way I had a "map" to follow to cut down on the amount of walking. It was especially helpful on the Dream due to her size. I will do that again this cruise. If you'd like a copy let me know. I won't 'finalize' it until a week out.
If someone doing the FE changes rooms, please be sure to put a note on your former door to let others know.
We signed up for Remy's for the 18th for our anniversary, Palo brunch, snorkeling with stingrays in Cayman, and Mayan ruins in Costa Maya. No plans for Cozumel. Been there several times & only thing left for me there might be a Corona. LOL We've done Tulum a couple of times & love it, but taking it easy this trip.
I will try to check in here more often, but you can also talk to me on the facebook page I created https://www.facebook.com/#!/groups/259175000824753/ and that's where I'll post the FE deck plan map.

Thanks BabyBurritto & Shadowryter for being great leadersI really enjoy the planning with the other disers and getting to know everyone before the cruise. It is more fun to cruise with friends!

Another silver here. But hey we get to book this weekend.
I would also love to get a copy of that deck plan but I don't have a Facebook account. My DD Heather had way too many problems with it and warned me away.
Hi there...I believe there was talk of splitting the list and a cut off date. We're silver too...remember...the 15th.Hi Guys just want a little Update, did we decide on the amount yet for the FE!
I tried looking back but couldn't see Qty yet.
We are Silver so very Jealous of the lucky ones who have booked Palo etc
Looking forward to having our meet on the ship whenever it gets decided.

I'm really hoping that the third times the charm...no luck so far even onboard.Callymum.....don't worry about not getting to book yet. There is still plenty left. I have never had a problem getting what I wanted except for maybe Palo's, and I ended up getting it booked when I got onboard. As soon as you get on the ship you can also book things in person. They always keep a little back for in person ressies.

We have a new room number. We are now in 8674. Can't wait for Sunday to book PALO.

Is it too late to join in for the Fish Extenders? We participated on our last cruise in 2011 thanks to a friend of ours. My girls loved it!!
We are Dan (36), Stacy (37), Angelina (11), Chloe (8).
Please let me know if there is any other info you need. Thank you!!!

Hi Dan and Stacy. I have added you to the first page. What is your stateroom number, where are you from, are you celebrating anything, do you have early or late dining
Welcome![]()
