We are going to be there 10/16-10/23, staying at the Ft. Wilderness cabins, going to MNSSHP on Sunday 10/17, with PS at LTT 10/17 at 5:30. I am so so so excited!!! I was trying to find out if they do anything special at Ft wilderness resort for Halloween, nobody seems to know. See ya there.

Hi Miniefan-There's lots going on at Ft. Wilderness at Halloween. The best thing that comes to mind is the haunted hayride. This is held certain nights and is not to be missed! Tickets can be purchased at the kennel near the entrance at Ft. Wilderness the morning of the event, which is held several times nightly. I believe the tickets go on sale at 9am. It usually sells out.
Another thing we love to do is rent a golfcart and cruise the loops looking at all of the campers wonderful Halloween decorartions. Some really go all out. Also, they have a jack-o-lantern carving contest which is held at the campfire on certain nights. These are a few things we love about Ft. Wilderness during Halloween.
