O'Charley's or Bar Louie Tavern?

I am looking at restaurant.com and am seeing these 2 places listed. Has anyone ever eaten at either place? Thanks

We have an O'Charley's just down the road from us (less than 5 minutes) here at home but seldom go there...good food...just we've never had decent service at the one here in KC.
